Nice property, right in the beach

Beautiful rooms and unparalleled view of the beach.

There was very limited parking

The property was older but well kept and very clean. We really enjoyed it and having all rooms have an awesome waterfront view. Will definitely stay there again.

The property was better than I expected. The view was tremendous. We plan on booking again.

The weather was perfect

The location was great. It overlooked the beach. It was clean and mostly comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom was dark and really cramped. We had to get a small portable light to see better. And parking was so bad. They only allowed 1 parking space. So, if you have more than one vehicle, you would have to park on the street. That was the worst of it. Other than that, it was ok.

Here’s a polished version of your VRBO review:We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Suntide II! The location was unbeatable right on the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The condo was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Kitchen was as well stocked with kitchen ware. The only things we thought could make the stay even better would be providing a few pool or beach toys for guests and having beach towels available. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

The property management did not answer me when I asked if they offered a military discount nor did they help me when I notified them the fridge was not working. We had an issue with somebody damaging a piece of trim on the door and I filed a police report had them arrested, but they still threatened to put me out on the street with my children and made me pay more money in order to stay. As of today, they were threatening to file charges on me when we've already filed charges on another individual. The place needs maintenance work. There was no parking for us and everything is old, dirty, and outdated. I even have pictures of the mold and water damage from the unit. I have never seen such poor Customer Service ever !

Great location overlooking the beach. Easy trek to and from as well. Great pool and sundeck! Beautifully beachy vibes set by furnishings and decor. We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

Condo was beautiful, had all the amenities. Property had a nice pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach. Spring break there were some problems with noise and unauthorized people using the pool. Complex needs better security during spring break. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

Wonderful vacation home. Well stocked!

I loved the location. Check-in process was simple and fast. The condo was VERY clean and the beds were quite comfortable. My only complaint would be the water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen that needs to be repaired. It didn't affect our stay, but wasn't pleasant to look at. I would also suggest adding a few items in the kitchen. For example, there were enough pots/pans, plates, and glasses, but they were non-stick and zero plastic spatulas, so it was not convenient to cook breakfast in the morning. I would also suggest adding some plastic cups for kids (heavy glass glasses and tile floors are not a great combination for kids) :-) Overall - we loved it though and would probably choose this location again.

We loved our stay at Suntide II! This isn't our first time at Suntide II, we stayed at a different condo this time and it was great again! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. This unit was very well kept. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t need to cook, but the kitchen had the basics. Thankful for the elevator. Parking was limited, so I can’t imagine what it’s like during the busy season. We would stay there again.

Perfect location,

We absolutely loved our unit. The view of the beach from the unit was so relaxing and made our stay so enjoyable. It was easy to sit on our balcony and watch out teens on the beach , in the ocean or playing beach volleyball which is in perfect view right in from this unit. This was great for our elderly family members who are not able to go to the beach due to mobility issues. They loved sitting in the balcony watching the kids who would wave to them from the beach. The room was very clean and had all the cooking utensils we needed. They had a daily towel exchange where we could pick up clean towels if needed. The washer and dryer were steps away outside the door of the unit and we could track progress on our devices via an app which made it very convenient. We lived our stay here. This is the third year in a row we have stayed at Suntide II. My sister and nieces/nephews had the unit next door to us and the kids loved hanging out with their cousins.

I wanted to enjoy our stay but nearly everything about the property felt old and run down. The beach access gate was janky and hard to work. Our unit’s porch door jammed because of rust. The gate from the beach back into the property is rusted and a health hazard. I was really disappointed - it felt like a forgotten property. The rental itself was clean and well furnished.
