Stayed Aug 15, 2025We were very happy with our stay. We rarely travel for work or vacations where we aren't in our motorhome. We would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again. The condo was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, great location and fit our needs perfectly.

Stayed May 11, 2026Floor was sticky. Maybe using cleaner over long term without ever being rinsed? Plastic tables around pool should be painted or replaced. Makes view from balcony of pool area look nasty. Have been coming to Sunswept for 36 years. This was the first time we have ever had second thoughts about returning. People in the office super nice. Still love the small building size and peaceful feel there.

Room was easy to book, get needed rental documents and simple instructions when leaving. Room was clean and as described on line. Appliances all were new and worked. The 2 tvs were easy to figure out and enjoyable leter in the evenings. The location was close to Publix and Walmart which was very handy. No negatives. The staff on the phobe and on site were great to work with and helpful. I believe anyone staying would enjoy the room and balcony view. Very nice.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Loved our stay. loved the convenience of being on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and beach. Unit was clean and very nice. We took advantage of the umbrella in hte master closet... and we purchased and left behind for others two beach chairs in hte master closet. We may plan another spring trip down next year ... and would rent this unit again!!! I was on Business the following week... so it was nice for the wife to and me to have 6 days to enjoy the coast before heading off to work in mid Alabama.
