Stayed Oct 13, 2025The condo is really dated and not maintained well. The primary bed has a super firm mattress. The tree outside is directly in front of the balcony and obstructs a clear view of the beach. Personally I wouldn’t want to host anyone in the condo if I lived there, much less charge anyone to stay there.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025the location was great but the unit was not up to date and pretty shabby. I guess it was clean enough, but the trim and paint was pretty bad.The workers in the office could not have been better.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th year we have stayed at this complex, and the third time in this unit. The unit could use some updates and the floors were absolutely filthy. It didn’t seem as if they had been touched with a mop in some time. The cleanliness could definitely be better. Overall, we love the area and complex, but may pick a different unit in years to come.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and renovations. The floor was just gross. There is a lot of rotten wood around the floors and window. The windowsill looks like it has some type of gross mold growing in it. The beds are very hard, and the frame moves a lot, knocking the headboard against the wall when you turn over. There are really odd pictures just stuck randomly on the walls. This unit just doesn’t seem like it was maintained or renovated since built. My son and I actually left a day early, even though we had paid, because the unit was so dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable. The office staff was very nice, though.
