This 2 BR 2 BA end unit condo directly overlooks the beautiful white sand beaches of Indian Shores and the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious living area features an open concept design with the kitchen, dining room, and living room all overlooking the beach. The updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for your family in what will feel like a home away from home. There is a large 20 ft private balcony for your enjoyment. Views are breathtaking from here. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed for maximum comfort. The roomy second bedroom has two twin beds. The unit also contains books, board games, beach chairs, beach towels, etc so that all you need to bring is your bathing suit! The condo building only contains 12 units so you won`t have to deal with the big crowds of a massive resort. A heated pool and lounge chairs down by the beach for your use and relaxation. One assigned parking spot but community allows for one additional car to be parked in one of the guest spots. No pets, no smoking, and must be age 25+ to rent. No events/parties.

I wish the sliding glass doors were clear, they were fogging and we couldn’t enjoy the view. The pool still needs updated with new chairs after the hurricane but I’m sure they are working on it. The decorations were great! Chairs and umbrella were great! Will rent again!

We were impressed with the cleanliness, ease of accessibility, ocean access, condo amenities, and the entire stay. This condo is in a great location! The beach was not overcrowded with a very short walk. Property management was quick to reply when blinds wouldn’t open and elevator wasn’t working. I highly recommend this condo and the PM team.
