Sunshine At The Beach- Now 3 Bedrooms! Many Upgrades! Perfect Location!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Clean room as stated, communication with host very prompt, view of ocean in all directions off balcony which was pleasant on the rainy days.

Loved the condo and location! Everything was wonderful! Would definitely book again!

Before arriving we got a call there was something messed up with the garbage disposal in the room and a repair person would be by to fix it. Promptly after arriving the gentleman arrived and fixed the issue. Parking is under the condos and very narrow and tight especially if you have a large vehicle. The guests before us left many dirty dishes and pans in the cabinets which wasn't a huge deal I wash everything first anyways. The only complaint I have is the pool seating. There were 4 plastic adirondack chairs, and 3 were broken. The appeared fine but when someone would sit in them they would give way. This happened to many guests while I was at the pool. That left 4 lounge chairs and 2 tables available.There was no shade at the pool only someone's personal beach umbrella on one of the tables. Many times there would be no seating available when you went to the pool. Thats definitely a HOA issue not a reflection of the room but info someone may find useful.

The HOA does need to do some exterior refreshing. Building looks very dated and dingy on the outside. Pool area could use new furniture and signs. Would stay here again for close access to the beach and cleanliness of the inside of the condo.

This area is simply perfection. The rental unit was spacious, comfortable, close to the beach and clean. My family of 4 really enjoyed staying here and want to come back. Follow the emails about what to bring because trash bags and toilet paper ran out quickly! The downstairs beds are really comfortable.

While this property is not directly on the beach, it's a really short walk to get to the beach (3 minutes). The place was clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. The view was great, it was very relaxing to sit on the deck and listen to the waves.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. The loft was super fun for the kids. Has a nice pool and right on beach. It was clean and felt like home for the week. We will be coming back!

Property was in a great location to stores, restaurants, and activities. The view from our condo was amazing and the room in the condo was perfect for all to have their own space. Pool was great after a long day on the beach!

It was clean and the location is very good - close to the beach and restaurants etc. However - I Have never stayed in a VRBO with such limited supplies. For example ONE dishcloth, limted dishes (coffee cups too small for even the smallest Keurig setting) and limited towels. Nothing major - just annoying. We did have a somewhat disturbing incident. While we were eating breakfast on the balcony a man just walked in without knocking. Apparently he was a maintenance guy and was told the unit was empty. This made me very uncomortable because my husband and I had planned to go golfing and my teenage daughter was going to stay behind by herself. She would have COMPLETELY freaked out if a stranger just walked in. So as long as there is better communication between the unit owners and maintenance the property is fine.

Good location easy beach access..would stay here again Few minor repairs needed in unit: dining table very wobbly, stair railing to loft a little unsteady/steep stairs

Stay was great…. exactly as pictured….. very clean…. the one issue we had was taken care of within an hour and was nothing major. The only suggestion I have is to put a lock higher up on the door for people with little ones. My one year old grandson kept opening the door due to not being able to lock from inside. (But let me clarify, no one could get inside without the code. Extremely secure from outside.)

We came out here for my son’s baseball tournament and fell in love with the area! The condo was walking distance to the beach, pool was fun for my little ones, and had beautiful weather! We would definitely come back here again.

The location of the condo to the beach was awesome for the price of our stay, but finding the road to the condo was a challenge. As for the condo itself when we got inside it was sand on the floors, the master bed had sand in it, table on the balcony and the sliding glass doors were dirty. Also, the whole time we were there we had no internet and no tv. When I text about it I was told to reset the modem, but there was no modem to be found. So the property manager was suppose to contact the internet provider and get back with us but never did. We found several dishes in the cabinets that were dirty, washer/dryer did not work properly and the fact that we only got one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to start out was ridiculous. Plus the description of the condo stated there was a pull out couch and there wasn't one. Then when we were checking out this morning with everyone's luggage, etc on luggage cart the elevator got stuck on the 2nd floor so we had to carry everything down the stairs. Plus Iforgot to mention the parking was very tight in garage. The view was beautiful and location perfect if only the condo would have been more up to standard with what I've been accustomed to with VRBO's.
