Sunsets, Surf & Sand at beautiful beachfront condo

The condo was tastefully decorated with a beach theme. It was well equipped and supplied. The agent was helpful and communicative. The unit was clean and welcoming.The condo complex was well maintained and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent! The city of Madeira Beach cleans and rakes the beach on a daily basis keeping the beach in a pristine condition.

The condo was great! Everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation! Everyone we met or talked to from renting to check in and check out and everyone in between were so helpful and kind! The beach was absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous sunsets…even when cloudy!

This place has everything you could possibly need! We brought so much with us that we never needed. From beach chairs, toys, beach towels, paper products. I could go on and on. I was told that the owner wants guests to feel at home. I most certainly felt at home! We loved it so much that we decided 2 weeks isn’t enough! We booked for a month next year.

Great location. Lynn was the Best Host throughout our stay. Nice place to spend Christmas & New Years with the family versus our normal holidays in Vienna. We'll be back soon!

The view was a five star!!! Overall the unit was in very good condition. Master bed so so comfy. The complex old but well taken care of Our host was great and checking in was a breeze. That rarely happens at other places we've stayed at. Chairs,coolers,boards,floating chair,games for rainy days. books ect ect. The unit has everthing you need and more. we would definatly book again .

This rental, location and property were perfect. Property grounds very clean and beach directly off the pool and parking garage made for very easy access. With the exception that no notice was given regarding closing the parking garage gate to beach access for repairs until after I had my mom who uses a walker was all situated on the beach. Walking in the sand to the pool/beach access gate made for a very long hike for her and exhausting with the walker. It was so refreshing to experience the generosity, caring and help of other guest who assisted to get my mom back onto solid ground. The one glitch we had in the condo was with the auto blinds, to say that Lynn was extremely helpful and on top of the situation would be an understatement. Thank you so much Lynn. We hope to return in 2024.

Best stocked condo we have ever stayed in!! Had everything!

We love Ocean Sand Towers: (the Gulf) beauty and (the beach) fun in the front, business on the back: little restaurants and bars, stores, transportation...This apartment, with its beach/ocean decoration, could, with just a little updates, be a perfect vacation spot. Lynn is a very responsive manager. We stayed 6 weeks, and it was too short. Can not wait to be back.

Great veiws, we had an issue with the blinds for a few days which was fixed. Condo had everything you needed and in a great location. Looking a little tired and could use some TLC but very clean and priced well. I would not hesitate to recommend Erins property and would definitely use again.
