Sunset Vistas 603W- Fantastic Views & Amenities

Very beautiful views, close to John’s pass and Treasure Island trail.

The condo was decorated beautifully. The furniture was very nice and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked, which I haven’t seen before in other condos. Having an end unit gave us a lot more room, which was nice. Great choice!!!!

The condo was clean & everything in its place when we arrived.The door code was available promptly at 4:00 pm.

This was my second time stay in Sunset Vistas (different unit). I love everything about it! The condo is just the right size for 3 adults. And the view is stunning! We loved hanging in one of the two hot tubs or grabbing a drink and snack at the bar on the pool deck. The main reason I come back is the walk ability to John’s Pass. The only con is the lack of kitchen utensils. I will definitely be back!

We love it at Sunset Vistas!! 603W did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal and the condo was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to have more plates, bowls, cutlery, and measuring spoons/cups. Other than that it was perfect and we’d stay time and time again!!

Everything about this rental worked for us. We did not need to contact the hosts about any repairs or problems that impacted our stay. The unit and parking were convenient to elevator, beach and pools.

We’ve stayed at this condo twice and we will continue staying here. We love everything about it. It was clean, updated, spacious and in a great location.

The unit was beautiful and the view was amazing. The location was perfect and the beach was magical! We totally enjoyed our stay! We all like to cook, so we would have liked to see a few more items/tools in the kitchen. Also I recommend a few plastic cups etc. for sunset toasts on the beach.

Wonderful stay. Clean condo, beautiful beachfront view! We brought our infant with us and had a wonderful stay. Kiddie pool great for children. Beach access was easy with chairs/umbrellas for rent on beach. Only advice would be a few more kitchen items (more plates, pans, plastic cups)

This is the third condo we have stayed in at the complex and I believe it has the best furniture. All I would suggest is to get more powerful showerheads and softer bath towels and some beach toys and chairs like other place had. I really liked staying on the top floor.

The unit was clean and lovely. The view was wonderful. The building was quiet even on New Years Eve there were just the typical celebrations but got quiet after 12:30am.

Clean condo, clean property, food on site was good. Easy beach access. Pools were clean. Enjoyed the stay!

Had a wonderful stay. Great view of the ocean! Pool and pool bar were perfect. Easy access to beach. Only negative feedback was the workout room had only 2 treadmills and both were broken. Workout equipment was old

Upon arrival, 603W was better than what we had expected. It was super clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed or wanted for a wonderful week on the beach. We loved having our own parking place and not worrying about trying to find a spot to park. 603W was very spacious and comfortable and the views from our balcony was priceless. Restaurants and shopping was close and John's Pass was a great spot to check out. Thanks again for an amazing vacation!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect, very clean, views were amazing, beach was great, and the pools were awesome! We had so much fun with our grandson--he loved the giant sandbox! ? We will be back!

Was a nice post-Disney stay for our family. The only small suggestion I would make to add to the listing is that the complex doesn’t allow streaming services? That was odd in this day and age. Otherwise great trip and nice property.

we enjoyed our time at this condo, it was nice and clean and it was what we expected from the pictures. we will be returning to this same condo for our next beach trip
