Sunset Vistas 407S - Spectacular condo in top location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was amazing. While we were there they were updating the patio area, adding furniture etc, and working on the bar, which was open. The pool was great. All of the staff working on the outside property were very helpful. There are still a lot of places closed in the area from Milton. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great location. I was there with my wife and my 7 yrs old son and we had great time. Nice pool (a little too hot for us) but clean and big enough for everyone to play. The condo was clean and had perfect things to cook & games to play. Amazing location for restaurant, beach & all. We will definitely come back. Thanks!

Super cute, clean condo with all things you need for a family of 4 to feel comfortable. The location was great!! Very close to lots of good restaurants and walkable (.5 mile) to John’s pass, which has tons of shopping, fun activities and food. The pool is nice and was heated which is a must in February, hot tub was nice and warm as well. They have a bar that opens at noon very close to the pool, and also a cafe on property that has yummy food and drinks. The beach is very pretty with white sand and plenty of room to have your own area. We really enjoyed our time there and would book again.

Condo in excellent condition as listed. Easy access to local area even without a car. The sun coast trolley inexpensive with day group pass on Flamingo app. Right on the beach & plenty of pool area as well. Highly recommend!!!

Very comfortable bed. Condo was spotless! Pool, tiki bar lots of friendly people. Cafe was excellent for breakfast & lunch! I would recommend renting a car as the trolleys were not readily available.

The communication was superb & condo was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. I really don't have anything negative to say about the stay there. There is a lot to do around the area. Minute walk to the beach! Great parking. Just super pleased.

The condo was very clean and had all the necessities like beach toys, towels and cooler. Also came with hair dryers. It’s a good location. There was a circle k across the street as well as grocery store less than 1 mile away. Pool was great. Beach access was an easy walk right out the back of the property. Plus covered parking space. Great experience.

At first I was hesitant to book the room as it was a newer listing with only one review, but I’m so glad I did! The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice ocean view. We had a small issue when we first arrived with the code to enter the room but maintenance contacted us back within a couple minutes and got us right in. There was an issue was with the small kiddie pool. My daughter is 3 and really wanted to swim in that pool. She was in there for a min and we both noticed pieces of poop all over the bottom of the pool. We obviously got right out and went to the larger pool. Other than that I have to say it was a great resort and if we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay again.
