Sunset Village 16-D: Top Floor, Pool, Hot Tub

To no fault of the owner …. The laundry from the previous guests sat on the porch during my entire stay. I had to wait two days to get access to the pool. I had to purchase my own trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel. I would not go through vacasa again.

Sunset Villa is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Our family spent two weeks there and enjoyed every minute. We loved fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, grilling outdoors, and relaxing on the balconies watching sunrises and sunsets.

Was the perfect vacation. Peaceful watching the sunrise and sunsets. Great amenities. Very clean.

Owner did not skimp on quality… anywhere! All all the way down to the dishes… everything of high quality. Already booked another stay to this same house for next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We had three generations at one point and the private dock, pool, beach and ping pong kept everyone entertained. We also rented a boat from near the Provision Company and tied up to the houses dock. From the pier we caught a bunch of fish and blue crabs. Already planning another trip back this fall for more fishing and golf at Lockwood. Forgot to mention the beach is about a 8 minute walk. Very peaceful.

Overall the house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The dock was awesome for fishing. The pool was very nice as well.

Everything in the home was new and fresh. Very clean. Every detail inside and outside the home is perfectly planned out. To have provided linens, trash bags, toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen, it truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. The beach is about a quarter mile straight down Swordfish, a short walk or bike-ride. The pool is a nice spot to gather after a long day at the beach. The kids loved fishing from the private pier, and we were able to launch our kayaks easily from the floating dock. Watch both sunrises and sunsets from the 3rd floor deck. The upstairs living space is a great indoor space to gather. Great job creating social spaces! The best compliment I can give: I would buy this home!

We’ve experienced a different setting too many times upon arrival of a rental. This one looked just like the pictures. Nice condo. Nicely decorated. Convenient to Sandpiper course, which was in great condition, and less than 15 minutes to beach.

We enjoyed this home very much. It was decorated with very comfortable bedding which in my opinion is very important! Very cozy and spacious. Great location between Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach and Calabash.

Our stay this week was wonderful. The house was very clean and decor was up to date. Plenty of room for my SO and all 4 of our children. The kids got to see an alligator off the screened in back porch and was the highlight of their trip! The pool was great as well! Only thing I’d change is if coming with small children (ours are 3, 4, 5, and 9), staying closer to the beach would be less hectic with pack up. However, if it’s just you and your spouse or older children, it’s the perfect place! Thank you for such a wonderful visit!!!
