Stayed May 31, 2026The space was comfortable, nice view and plenty of parking. It is close to the bay and beach. There were no shared walls which is a plus and I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 23, 2026We love Sunset Harbor Villas!!! This is our sixth consecutive summer staying @ SSHV! Location is amazing! The condos are perfect for our small group… always clean, safe and quiet. And as always… a quick walk to the most beautiful beach.

Everything was great; ground floor, easy access to parking and pool, and the place is very comfortable.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We loved staying here. My main reason for choosing this property was the balcony view, but it was the perfect size for our family. It rained most mornings till lunch and the condo was comfortable for us to lounge and watch movies. The folks who manage this place were top-notch with excellent communication. We would stay there again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo, comfortable beds. Needs up dating in kitchen and bathrooms. Limited kitchen supplies. Thin walls made it difficult to sleep when upstairs or next door neighbors present . 5 min walk from public access to beach

We enjoyed dining at Andy D's, Juana Pagodas, Hub Stacey's in Pensecola, and UFO Mini Golf and dining at Sidlines in Pensacola Beach.
