Beautiful view.

Wonderful condo. In excellent condition and very clean. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Very clean and tidy; beautiful views and newly updated.

The property is nicely located, the view is beautiful, the condo was a bit small but well appointed, feel like home but not overwhelming to the point we felt like we were living in someone's house. The owner/manager, Ms. Teresa was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back later this year

Room very clean contacting the host and getting information no problem excellent Lakeview. The pool was closed on our stay. The parking lot where I had to store my boat while out of the water had no power for charging the boat. I was told that it did the parking lot where the boats are kept needs some work. If the outlets were working, they were on the wrong side of the parking lot for boat storage. It’s a nice place to stay, but if you’re taking a boat with you, you better be able to maneuver.

Good value for the price.

We had a nice stay. Beautiful area. Strong boat culture. The condo was comfortable enough for 2 adults but bordered on tiny living. Bed filled the whole room with little space to walk around to get in to bed. Most things we wanted to do were on the other side of the lake so lots of 20-30 min drives (park, winery). Chairs and umbrellas at the pool claimed early in the day made that less inviting if you weren’t going to be at the pool all day. That said it was very clean and serviceable. Especially if you have your own boat or jet skis. Convenient launch ramp as well as slips.

The host was wonderful and communication was easy. Such a beautiful view from the balcony and an adorable unit. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for a quiet getaway in a beautiful location. Nothing more relaxing that sitting on the deck and watching the lake in the evening. Plenty of amenities and close to food and shopping. Need a place to get away from the grind of the city, this is it.

We brought our boat up from North Carolina and stayed the weekend. The hostess was fantastic in getting us all the information we needed before we got there. We enjoyed staying in her little condo and the beautiful weather at Smith Mountain Lake

Perfect spot with great view!

We really enjoyed our stay. Teresa was great to work with. What a super cute condo stocked with everything you would want. We enjoyed all of the beauty of this spot on the lake and loved having a pool when we were chased off of the lake with thunderstorms. I would certainly recommend Teresa's rental.

The entire rental experience was exceptional. Teresa Criner was fantastic to work with. The unit was clean and well maintained; as was the grounds including the pool. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying at the condo. The description was just as explained. The condo was extremely clean and the dock/boat slip area was great and made our fishing trip so much easier. The owner was great to work with and answered our questions promptly. We would love to stay again if we are ever in the area!! Thank you for sharing your home.

This cute, small condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The view overlooking the lake is great! We loved sitting on the covered balcony sipping our tea and coffee in the morning and playing cards in the evening.

Cute property. Just big enough for 2 people. Pool was so nice. Quiet area. Property was vlean, well maintained. Owners were fine. Kitchen could use some essentials that we have had provided at other VRBO'S. Kitchen knives definately for those who cook. The check in and check out binder has several descepancies vs the online instructions. Cable reception was not good. But, overall minor things. If we stay at SML again i would choose a bigger place. But, it was very nice. Enjoyed the pool area the most.

The condo was very clean and had everything needed as well as the boat slip was awesome not to have to pull boat in and out of the water! Very accommodating place!
