Sunset Studio at Beach And Tennis Unit 5706

It is a very nice condo. The view is great and the sunsets are amazing. I just have a few things to mention. They need a dresser. There is nowhere to put your folded clothes and intimate apparel. The door ways are quiet small. We had only one wash cloth and no pot holders. They tried to fix that but we only got the pot holders. I would stay in this place again but I would bring a few more items

Tucker and team were great! The unit was as pictured, had a wonderful stay! The sunsets were gorgeous and location to the Gulf was really nice!

The rental unit was just as described in the listing. The view from the screened balcony area was very nice, with a panoramic view of the gulf. The water was a very pretty aqua/green color, and there was always a very nice breeze on the balcony. We enjoyed the nearby beach and ate several times at Doc's. We also played pickleball on the well maintained courts most mornings. Communications with the property manager (Tucker) were exceptional. The only negative I might mention is that there is a fair amount of road noise on the balcony, but it is more than offset by the beautiful gulf view. I would recommend staying here!

This property needs some care. The biggest issues were the air conditioning / lack of how it operates. It was only in the 70's and we couldn't get cool therefore the indoor humidity was bad. No dresser or drawers for storage. A lot of little things that need to be fixed, like closet door closing, table and chair rickety. Just not what I expect.

The condo was great, but there was no dresser to put our clothes in. If you had nightstands with drawer it would have been perfect.

This condo was adequate for two people. It lacked comfortable seating and had no storage for the stay- no dressers, no drawers in bathroom, etc. Due to lack of comfort and storage we will not choose to stay in this condo again.

Great location, great condo, ready to go back

The property is extremely clean and updated. Bed very comfortable. Screened balcony and front door allows for a really nice evening cross breeze through the unit. Unit was a little dim, and needs better lighting. A/C unit had difficulty keeping up with 80 degree heat days. We needed to use both the ceiling fan and box fan.

We had a wonderful week in this studio condo! Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned due to a miscommunication error, but the property manager was easy to reach on text and quickly resolved the problem. It gave us a chance to check out Doc’s next door for a quick snack and see the beach. Upon return, everything was clean, in order, and smelling fresh and new! The view is great, access in and out of condo and complex is a breeze. We used our location as home base to travel all the way north for a day at Captiva Island and on other days to head south including a catamaran sailing near Marco Island. This condo is perfect for two people and is wonderfully decorated, but manages to maintain simplicity! In our opinion that is needed when you start bringing all your own items into the unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a few beach toys included. Bathroom shower is nicely done and the limited decor around the unit complement it and make you feel surrounded with a summer/beach feel! It was cozy and provided the budget friendly week we were looking for! My only suggestion would be a full length mirror for the ladies when getting ready to go out and possibly a box fan to tuck away in the closet. The condo is equipped with a small wall A/C unit but it has trouble pulling the cooler air over into the bedroom side of the unit. The kitchen was always ice cold. Many full time residents that we met stated they resolved this with a fan in front of the A/C at night facing the bed! Aside from those two items, we had a blast and were very satisfied. Others in the complex are very friendly and we always felt safe. We would definitely return if planning another trip!

We had a great time at your condo. The place was very clean and included all the essentials needed for our stay. We loved the decor and plentiful amenities including beach chairs, towels, etc. We loved watching the sunset at the beach just a short walk away. We also enjoyed having cocktails on our balcony and watching the ospreys hunt for their dinner. It’s an amazing place! Thanks for the wonderful memories and we plan to be back soon.

This is a great condo for a getaway! Great view of the ocean, quick walk from the beach. My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and couldn't have been more impressed! Will definitely stay again!
