Great Corner Condo

We had a really pleasant stay. Our place was comfortable and overlooked the ocean and in the morning you can watch the dolphins. Very short walk to the beach. Kitchen had most of what you need, but you need to bring your own spices if you plan to cook. We flew and had to throw everything away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable had to put cushions on mattress and sleep on cushions. The coils in sofa mattress were very uncomfortable. Could have used orientation to tvs. Each tv was different. Found old shows on den tv watched in evening. Used apps on phone for news weather and more recent tv programs.

Clean and very comfortable. Anything you need they do their best to accommodate. Very happy with their service.

We checked in on a Thursday evening and by 4 pm on Friday we had no a/c. I understand that these things happen but after waiting on maintenance and the a/c company from 4:30 pm til 10:30 pm and no guarantee of getting a/c we decided to leave the next day (Saturday by 9 am) I will say the owner offered us a different unit (not on Gulf) around 7:30 pm but having a disabled son and the difficulty with him getting acclimated to a new place once again, we chose to stay the night with hopes the a/c would be repaired. The owner assured us we could get a refund if we chose to depart the next day. I have been told that a portion is refunded, which turned out to be 14%. That was for a 3 night stay which only 24 hours were with a/c. None of the VRBO fees, tax, cleaning fees, booking fees were prorated. I will never book with VRBO again after this experience.

This is our third time at this condo complex and we love the location and facilities each time. This unit was well cleaned and just like the photos. There were some extra beach toys in the guest closet and a fan too. Great week in Navarre!

We had a great time - we loved this unit - plenty of space and very clean - the master bed is in need of a new mattress along with the sleeper sofa but other than that it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you

The location of the condo was amazing! The side balcony gave us views of the ocean and the sound so we could watch the sunsets at night. The building was clean and quiet.
