Amazing view, perfect weather and perfect location.

You can’t get any closer to the beach than this! You are literally on top of the water when the tide is high. This place is a 5 in every way. The view. The cleanliness. The communication with the host. Everything. Before we arrived, we were worried that there would be a pet smell since it is a pet friendly property. And we were worried about pet fur and getting allergies. But we didn’t experience any of that. It was super clean and it didn’t smell like pets, and we never would have known that it is a pet friendly place if we hadn’t have read it on the website previously. So if you are considering booking but are worried about that like we were, then know that you have no need to worry! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. It’s more than a 5!

The accommodations were top shelf. The place was well stocked and clean. Easy access to the facility and the beach.

We visited Malibu in March 2024 and absolutely loved everything about our stay! The place was clean, comfortable and we were on a private beach. We will definitely be back!

What a perfect way to escape the heat and enjoy the perfection that is Malibu Road. The condo is clean and updated and there are no words to explain the view. Everything was exactly how it was reviewed. 5 stars across the board. We will most certainly be back.

Right on the beach with easy access to restaurants, hiking, and other activities. Kitchen and bathrooms well done and newly remodeled. I would highly recommend.
