Sunset Kahili 304 with Spectacular Ocean Views ... In Sunny Poipu

Lived everything about the property! Rhw views were incredible. The apartment is stocked everything you could possibly need.

Property in a condo overlooking Poipu south beaches and INFINITE Pacific Ocean! Coffee on Lanai every morning was a TREAT! Condo has everything you can think of re amenities particularly if you cook vs eating out! We were concerned re No Air Conditioning, but 2 Honeywell vertical fans provided great ventilation with shutters open to outdoor constant ocean breezes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really didn't care for this unit and complex in general. I was very uncomfortable with all the mirrors throughout the condo. Way too much. The wicker made chairs were terrible also. The most uncomfortable space was out on the Lanai, where the neighbors lanai was only about 5 feet away and it's like i had no privacy, nor did they. I was constantly worried about the TV being too loud also. Just a very weird place, in my opinion. Never again!!

The only disappointment was the stark concrete nature of the building itself. Very few garden plantings or any charm on the outside.

The views are spectacular.

Kauai Vacation Rentals had a packet ready for us with precise directions and parking spot. The unit was clean, had everything we needed. The view from the lanai was beautiful. We ate out there all the time. It will get warm in the unit if you don’t keep the drapes closed in the afternoons. It was very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back again.

Ocean breezes, beautiful views and we love to walk to Poipu beach every morning to see the turtles and Seals. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking! We were not sure if the room temperature would be an issue without A/C, but between the ocean breeze and the fans, the room stays very pleasant. (But we don't spend a ton of time in the room, with so much to do on Kauai!) This is our 4th stay at Sunset Kahii and we will be back!

Reviewer Comments: We love the location and the condo itself. When coming to Kauai we prefer to stay here. It feels homey and comfortable, and always has some things already stocked in the kitchen! There is a wonderful ocean view, and we spent every morning on the private lanai enjoying that view while we ate breakfast. This place has always felt perfect for the two of us!

Everything provided, perfect apartment and very nice view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.My wife and I have been to Poipu 4 times, first time in Sunset Kahili, a very good experience.The entire complex is well maintained and clean. We had one neighbor doing some tile work for a few days, but nothing that would ruin our days.The entire complex is very sensitive to noise, so you have to talk quietly. A normal conversation or tv sound can be heard all over. We had a day with loud neighbors but it was taken care of by the complex manager immediately.All in all, a very nice week.
