**SUNSET DREAMS @ SUNSET MARINA** Condo / Pool & Spa + LAST KEY SERVICES...

My husband and I plus our two children have been staying here for the past 5 years during summer break and we obviously love it so much we keep rebooking! Last key realty always takes good care of our reservations and our host every year including Amanda this year are always so helpful and accommodating to every need you have. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we were checked in earlier than our check in, made sure we had everything in our condo and had it set up with the A/C all ready , necessities for our stay were all set. I didn't have to do anything ! She checked on us throughout our long stay by a simple text if we needed anything. Couldn't have asked for better service! I can't wait to go back summer of 2018 ! We stayed here 32 nights, We live in a marina back in uk so it was like home in some ways great location and service from Caryn and Lori we will definitely be back, no complaints a little tired in the kitchen area but generally very clean and tidy and great facilities we will be back in feb next year we come 3 times a year and we would stay here every time thanks it made our vacation we would rate it 4.5

We stayed at a sister property, Sunset Point, which was also a 3BR 2BA condo in the same Sunset Marina complex. The condo was perfect for our needs (two small families traveling together). The condo was in great shape, very clean and was tastefully furnished. The kitchen was fully functional with lots of storage space and was open to the great room so it allowed for good conversation with others during meal preparation. The laundry proved to be very handy and allowed us to pack less for our stay. The great room was roomy and we could comfortably seat everyone in our group. The views from the balcony were spectacular! The name Sunset Point was perfect since the sunsets were particularly beautiful from the balcony. It was great to wake up with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and palm trees right outside the windows. The pool and hot tub area were very well maintained and frequently we were the only people there. There was a little store at the marina so you could walk there for a quick supply of basic things milk, eggs, toilet paper, etc. The location was very quiet, private and we liked the gated community aspect to the location. We appreciated the ability to easily park and not deal with the parking meters and limited parking that are challenges if you stay downtown. The overall complex was very well maintained and you could always see the maintenance crew trimming the vegetation, cleaning the stairwells and they were very responsive to any questions or issues we had. There was an elevator to help bring up luggage and groceries. We all agreed that the condo was perfect for our needs and we would certainly stay here again for future visits to Key West.

The service provided by the staff of Last Key Realty was nothing short of exceptional. The property itself was clean and well furnished far beyond my expectations and the amenities such as internet service, flat screen TVs, and cable service were fantastic . I would highly recommend the property for those of you searching for a relaxing vacation where boating and water sports are anticipated. Boat dockage was available which made for a great vacation. This property rates as one of the best I have ever experienced and my next vacation planning project will include Sunset Dreams!!!!!
