This spacious two bedroom loft condominium is centrally located by the clubhouse, three swimming pools, hot tub and sport courts. In this condominium, you will find one bedroom on the main level along with a full bath, the other bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. Having a split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy in both carpeted bedrooms. The living room boasts soaring cathedral ceilings with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortably cool while using the central a/c. The compact kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just burgers. Included in this condo is a spacious, enclosed patio with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is a security camera outside the unit. No pets are allowed. No one under 25 years old may rent.
NOTE: The resort charges a $20 per person amenities fee(armbands) that is charged to the guest separately *(subject to change). You are also responsible for acquiring a parking pass, beginning January 2023 there will be a $25.00 charge for your vehicle. You are allowed to have up to 2 vehicles per condo.

Hello I enjoyed my stay, but the parking was horrible.I was only able to park close to the building the day of arriving once our return.There was nowhere to park, had to put down by the office and passing dumpster.The time I was there going. Overall pleasant and peaceful stay..

Rented a loft house was clean and functional. There was construction going on at the main entrance. WiFi was incorrect and talked with host several times to get resolved. Toilet was running continuously so my husband fixed it himself. Longer walk to beach from house. Overall okay

Our stay at Horizon South was amazing,the condo was actually better than the pictures online. The only thing that was a bummer was the construction that was going on which prevented us from being able to enter in & out of the neighborhood from the main strip.

Location is in close proximity to 3 pools, hot tub, tennis and basketball court. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Worked perfectly for me and my 3 children, ages 10-13. Woukd definitely stay again.

We had an awesome week in PCB, and we loved staying at Horizon South. There was a small plumbing issue during our stay, but the host sent a plumber out as soon as he was able to and resolved the issue. It’s a great property and a great condo!

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Perfect amount of space and the location was great. Close to the pier, shops, and short walk to the ocean. The condo itself was spotless and beds were comfortable. We had a little trouble witb the keypad, but the owner was quick and helpful with his response. Definitely will be staying here again!
