Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, this condo is directly on the Gulf with only a lawn between you & the white sand. With gorgeous views surrounding you will never want to leave! Step outside and relax on the patio or the surrounding neatly manicured lawn that is a perfect setting for a night of stargazing. This backyard oasis will have you lounging for hours and enjoying the sounds of the ocean breeze. When you need a break from the beach, Sunseekers is less than 5 minutes from the great shops and restaurants on 30A.

    Place was clean and very cozy, very well insulated could bot here neighbors. Very close to great eating places and walking and biking. Thanks for checking on us regularly. Will definitely recommend.

    Great location/beachfront view. Unit well stocked, A/C worked well. Maintenance was very responsive to come up and fix a few minor things we found when we arrived. Only issue that management needs to address are the locks on exterior door did not always lock..hit or miss several times.

    It todays day and age of rental properties, you always get anxious with booking. My experience here was absolutely amazing and beat ever expectation. Communication was fast. Agency was able to accommodate my requests. The beach was private and intimate even during a peak holiday. Would book again.

    My husband, myself, and our 2 y/o stayed here for a few nights. The ease of getting to the beach was great with a toddler and the view from the porch was wonderful. I also appreciated the laid back furnishings and decorations (no glass tables for my toddler to run into). We have stayed at a few places around 30a and this is one of our favorites so far! We would stay here again. The only downside is parking. We once returned to have our one designated spot in the gravel lot unusable due to the two cars on either side parked too close. Thankfully one was a cleaner and she left soon after we arrived, but at peak season I can see that there might be some parking troubles due to tight spacing and no lines. Still, not enough of a problem that we wouldn't stay again.

    The view from the balcony is awesome. Our rental unit could use some decorating love. Very tired furniture, paint , etc. Main bedroom needs a new comfortable mattress. The kitchen has plenty of cooking pots and pans, dishes, etc. Paradise Properties was very good about sharing information.
