Sunrise Suites Condo w/ Balcony, Pool & Hot Tub, Tennis & Covered Parking

Clean and quiet. Nice location. Worked for our family of four. They did provide toiletries so that was nice. We also found the beach towels helpful when we went to the beach. Ice cube trays were a nice touch. Very little check out chores which is also nice.

The apartment was clean and as described. There was an issue with the sliding glass door not locking. Communication was quick. The only issue I had was that they told me they would send someone in the morning. I said that won’t work. We ended up fixing it (slide both doors together) the response time for extra items to be delivered or any maintenance is the only downfall. I’m not sure if they have a maintenance crew on the grounds.

Room to accommodate six guests at Sunrise Suites booked in November. In February we were made aware that the room booked could now only accommodate five people due to queen size pullout sofa in living room was replaced. It now could only sleep one. No resolutions offered. After many conversations asking how this would be resolved they agreed to move us to different room to accommodate all six of us. While in transit to the condos we received a text/phone call informing us of air conditioning not working. Offered to install portable units and 100 for our inconvenience. Upon arrival portable units were in both bedrooms. Guests sleeping in living area had nothing to provide cooling. Portable airco in Master bedroom leaking water which got progressively worse. Standing water made it impossible to get into bed without wading through standing water. Maintenance made aware of issues with no resolution. Awful experience!

Enjoyed the condo overall except for not knowing in advance of only 1 parking space assigned for unit. Also, two other parties were not respectful re: noise - very loud arguing in unit above and departing group early in morning outside.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had a great time and it was convenient to reach downtown from here. Will stay again

Enjoyed our stay. I would suggest a few changes: update online listing to accurately represent the property- no game room, no office. Also it would have been nice to have a few games or card games, a small jug of laundry detergent, a few zip lock baggies, and some salt and pepper shakers. These are small items that make a big difference when you are traveling from out of state. We would have also have liked to be able to adjust the temperature a bit. At times it got quite warm in the unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place for our trip. The condo was perfect size for our group. It was clean and furniture was comfortable. I will check out them again for our next stay.
