The Space:

As far as luxurious accommodations are concerned, the area has plenty, beginning right here at Sunrise Serenity! A high-rise condo for 10 in the desirable Sunrise Beach Resort, endless views of the Gulf of Mexico are just the beginning of all you’ll find here. Explore all the amazing amenities the resort has to offer such as the elevated tropical pool deck with two large pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, children's splash area, fitness center overlooking the Gulf and pool area, and more. The soft, sugary sand and gentle waves embrace your days spent at the beach, soaking up the ample Florida sun and splashing in the surf. Start your mornings out with a stroll along the shore with your fresh cup of coffee, enjoying the peace and serenity before the day’s activities begin.



Reservations for this unit now include a seasonal beach setup, which consists of two chairs and an umbrella, available from March through October. Guests can reserve their setup by speaking with the beach attendant and providing the unit number. Please note that this service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.



If you’d rather explore by land, St. Andrews State Park is less than 10 miles away offering many oceanfront trails, or you can venture to Pine Log State Forest or Conservation Park, where inland trails and boardwalks are perfect for walking, hiking, and bicycling amid the trees and marshland. For shopaholics, a trip to the outdoor mall at Pier Park is a must. From over 120 stores including name-brand retailers, to an IMAX theater and laser tag, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy. When it’s time to feed your appetite there are dozens of dining options to choose from, including seafood staples with oceanfront views like Runaway Island or Pineapple Willy’s.



The home’s stylish interior offers a much-needed break from the heat of the day, where relaxation and rejuvenation come easy. Sink back into plush living room sofas while you surf the channels or settle in for a cozy movie night. A sliding door opens out onto the spacious, shaded balcony, the perfect spot to watch ships pass lazily by as you sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Back indoors, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to assist in all your mealtime endeavors, with ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Gather around the dining table for formal meals as a family or keep things casual with light meals while seated up at the counter.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a sleeping nook, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV.



The sleeping nook includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This is a 24th floor unit with elevator available.

• A link will be sent to all guests prior to their reservation. The parking registration fee is $50 per vehicle. Limit 2 parking passes per reservation.

• This home comes with seasonal, complimentary beach service from 3/15-10/31. Guests can go to the beach, give the unit number, and reserve your set up of two chairs and an umbrella. (This is on a first come, first serve basis.)
