Sunny Oceanfront Condo on South Padre Island Beach

Close to the beach and front view loved it

Property was clean, quiet, had many amenities. Interior rooms/bathrooms/kitchen were clean and well kept.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend, and it was absolutely PERFECT! We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee, taking in the peaceful view over the water—it was the perfect way to unwind. The property grounds were very well taken care of, and we really enjoyed using the pool, gym/game room, and private beach access (such a bonus!).We brought groceries to make breakfast each morning, and the condo had everything we needed—fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and blankets, and even beach gear! It truly felt like a home away from home.We only had to contact Elena once during our stay, and she responded immediately and was super helpful. Overall, I’m so glad I chose to spend my birthday here. My family and I left completely relaxed and happy, and we’re already planning to come back next summer! ☀️

Great view and great location! Needs some TLC like a thorough cleaning and a paint job. Stove and kitchen faucet need to be replaced. Bedroom mattresses leave much to be desired. The grounds are well taken care of and have fairly good amenities. Beach Access is a major plus.

The place was filthy. Food crumbs in the microwave, on the counters, on the kitchen chairs. The kitchen chair cushions were stained. The walls in the hallway and bedrooms had black scuff marks all over them. All of the lights switches were grimy. All of the cabinet doors in the kitchen were oily. The pillows were stained and the sheets were in bad shape. Even the sink sponge was nasty and worn out. We were afraid to use any dishes. When we walked in we were just overwhelmed with the dirtiness of the place. We spent about 30 minutes trying to ckean and wipe down all the surfaces and finally gave up. We knew we would not be able to sleep there or enjoy ourselves. We reached out to the contact. When she replied she said that two managers and cleaning crews had verified that the place was clean. Well, that was not true. We left within minutes of that response and had to stay in a nearby hotel. We asked for at least a partial refund as know we had to pay for a different place. The contract said the she could not do that. She said VRBO had very stict policies about any redund and it would be up to VRBO to refund. Turn out, that is also not true. If you want a nice, relaxing, peaceful, clean place to stay, then DO NOT STAY HERE! Be forewarned, this host is not honest and will not help you!

We stayed 3 nights here and had a great time! Condo was just as pictured and perfect for our family of 4. Beach chairs/ umbrella were in the closet & towels/ linens were provided, which was great since we flew in. HVAC was a little loud in the master bedroom, but it didn’t bother us, in fact we loved it since we normally sleep with a white noise machine at home.

Myself and three of my best friends traveled down for a long weekend. The condo was perfect. The view, location to the beach, pool and hot tub and accommodation were exactly what we were looking for. Elena, our host made sure I had everything I needed for check-in and even let us check in an hour early. She was very responsive and helpful. The beach umbrella and chairs were like new. Highly recommend this condo, and we will be back.

Great location, parking included, gated property. Pool was clean and warm, hot tube was scorching hot. Walking distance to restaurants and the bay. Condominium building is older and not very clean, sticky stuff on the hall floor for the 3 nights we were there, trash and construction stuff in the stairwell. No dishwasher, but there was soap and used sponges. Random food items left in cabinets. Only 3 small old bath towels, 3 Walmart beach towels. Shower has good pressure and was hot, but the curtain doesn't keep all the water in so the floor gets wet. Beds have think foam toppers over old dated mattress, no closet in master, small armoire. Beach chairs and cart were rusted, well used, but sufficed. No glass globes on ceiling fan light, whole condo needs a refresh. Second balcony looks over parking lot. More than 4 people would be tight. Again, great location, so was fine for 3 nights.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property is located right on the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of waves, watching the sunrise and enjoying coffee on the private balcony (or down on the beach) was pure bliss. The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything needed for cooking. It was missing dish soap and garbage bags, but we just ran to CVS and got what we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. This rental truly felt like a slice of paradise. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This is the location you've been looking for, if you're looking for a beautiful, safe, and relaxing property. My family and I had wonderful stay. We look forward to staying again at some point in the future.

Appreciated early check-in and quick response from owners. The condo had everything you might need for the beach tucked in a closet (wagon, umbrella, cooler, chairs). It’s a short walk to the beach, so overall this was convenient. However, it could stand some updating and the sofa had a smoke smell to it.

This condo is right on the beach and it’s great to sit on your balcony looking at the ocean! It was a bit compact for 6 people. The rooms had good size beds but due to room size, it left little room to move around. There are some beach items in closet which is nice. Overall, good stay for the price.
