Stayed Oct 3, 2025The property is absolutely immaculate. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The open floor concept is perfect for conversation, gameplaying, watching TV and cooking. As three women we felt totally safe on the property and would in fact like to enjoy it again this May. Thank you for having us and we would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023The place was nice and clean. My only complaints are that there was not wi-fi and the thermostat needed a 4 digit code to use that wasn’t provided. The heat would work, but upon arrival it was very warm and stuffy and wasn’t able to use the AC to cool it down. I contacted Evolve multiple times and they would just refer me to the local host which didn’t resolve those issues either. The place overall was nice, just inconvenient to have to deal with multiple emails through the weekend and have no resolution. Also, the 2 spots in the driveway were taken the entire time, so there wasn’t a designated spot to park. Luckily, with it being in the off season I was able to find a parking spot on the street.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful days staying here in Ocean City. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. If a question did come up, the host was easily reachable and helpful. I would stay here again.
