Stayed Apr 26, 2025This place was perfect for our visit. Reasonably priced, included covered parking and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Miami Beach area.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Communication with the owner was easy with a full set of access instructions. Car Parking place was included.Would definitely recommend this Apartment to others and would not hesitate in staying there again. The only negative thing was that we were unable to use the balcony as some construction work was being performed on the building, but was aware of this.

Stayed May 3, 2022The condo was great. Everything was up to date and new. Location was great to the beach towns and the north side of Miami-Dade County. Only thing you need to watch out for the is the tripping hazard when walking out to the patio. Would recommend this to any of my friends looking for a place in south Florida
