Sunny Hammock Beach Condo: Balcony w/ Ocean Views!

Beautiful and comfortable

The unit was as pictured with excellent views and a nice resort area but there were drawbacks. The carpet needs to be replaced. It was dirty and frayed. The bed was uncomfortable with simply a foam mattress and the couch sat too low for an elderly couple to get in and out of.

The location was fantastic, there was so much to do in and around the resort. The room itself was exactly as described and we were very happy with our stay. If we're ever back in the area we will definitely look to stay here again!

Wonderfully decorated and comfortable with thoughtful touches! I stayed here before it was remodeled and it is a huge improvement! I will stay again!

Nice place. Host thought of everything. Coffee and creamer. Nicely appointed. Comfortable set up. Would stay there again for sure.

Despite an emergency that caused me to leave early, my stay was relaxing. Condo was very clean. Area was quiet and pleasant. Love the view from the balcony.

Great experience with this VRBO reservation and host. Key was ready, resort was wonderful. Room was nice size with peaceful balcony with view. Large bathroom. Kitchen amenities. Thank you for the experience. Short walk to beach. Because amenities aren't supposed to be included unless you book thru the resort, the pool may be off limits but you have the beach right there. When i called prior to confirm, they said no restaurants either (except Atlantic grille). Which is silly. Why turn down a resort guest spending money? But i went anyway and had no problems going to the restaurants. Hope they dont mind. Good security...make sure the guard has your name on email when you get to the gate. This resort definitely doesn't do vrbo when i told the guard I was on the list. Um yes, this resort certainly does do vrbo, sir. Overall a lovely resort and wonderful experience! All the Staff was friendly and phenomenal.

The condo was just the right size for us and had a nice balcony and view. The bed was comfortable the couch not so much. We were there because we are considering retiring to Palm Coast and we were touCoast

Property located on a resort property but no access to any amenities! You can not eat in any dining facilit, swim in any pool or sit on the beach and order a drink. Only a place to lay your head! I would not suggest stay in owner property at this resort again!

Hammock Beach is an amazing location! It is unfortunate that this suite has not been maintained. Bathroom was clean; Bed is a sponge topper on a bed frame; the decor is unkempt and needs to be redone (owner says they do house flipping - they need to flip this suite). I attempted to communicate with owner at least a week before and never got a response. Just an automated text message. I am disappointed that VRBO has this listing - it doesn't meet their standards. With a bit of paint, spackle for the many nail holes, and new flooring, this has a great view and location for a nice stay. I had no option since it was paid for- to make it work. Don't stay here unless they do a complete remodel. There are other options in this same location.

The actual condo had stains on the carpet, a toilet which slacked any type of flushing power to include it being only about a foot and a half off the ground with no support bars available to lift you up off the little toilet, they do have two toilet plungers available next to the toilet both of which have been used so much they're not effective. There was beach sand still in the jacuzzi bath. Enough about the condo though the property which supposed to be elite is furthest from that, The putt-putt golf course is nothing but a mud pit.. there was broken pathway lighting with exposed wires. I'd love to comment about the restaurants or the pool area however access was denied because there's some type of beef going on between the owner of the condo and hotel management. In fact upon reaching the guard gate to enter the property his attitude changed 180 when he we were renting this condo through VRBO n not staying at the resorts rooms. If like being treated like a second-class citizen this is your place.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. This is our second trip we stayed in this condo. Great experience both times
