Get ready to enjoy the best of Martha's Vineyard with a stay at this wonderful first-floor suite at the Island Inn! Located just half a mile from the beach, a stay at this rental also includes access to three Har-Tru clay tennis courts (with on-site professional lessons) and a shared outdoor pool.
The Island Inn lies just south of the community of Oak Bluffs, on the northeastern tip of Martha's Vineyard. You'll have your pick of three of the island's most popular beaches, including Joseph Sylvia State Beach, Inkwell Beach, or Oak Bluffs Town Beach, and next door to Farm Neck Golf Club's 18 holes and beautiful 256 acres of terrain.
But there's plenty to keep you and the family entertained even without leaving the Inn! Splash around in the shared pool or get in an invigorating game of tennis at one of the on-site courts. When you're ready for a break, head back to your private condo, where you can watch TV, fix a snack in the full kitchen which includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils, or use the WiFi to catch up with friends back home.
Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

The fireplace is not operational.
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was Awesome that it was dog friendly, clean, had amenities, comfortable beds, nicely decorated and nice layout.

Loved the location - easy access from bike path to oak bluff, Edgar town and beaches. The apartment was spotless and the staff kept the place clean throughout our stay - even washing the dishes that we had left in the sink. Only negative was lack of soundproofing in unit. Like other guests mentioned, the creaking above from guests walking on floors, noise through the walls on either side of us, plus corridor noise made for some noisy evenings. Loved the pool and easy access to Normans - they had lots of great programming in the evenings (henna painting) and kids games - so very family friendly.
Great amenities! Heated pool, tennis courts & a dog run which was used daily. Two bathrooms and and a nice small kitchen were much appreciated. The beds were super comfy. Having Nomans restaurants on the property is extremely convenient! There is a large amount of traffic going in and out of the building late at night and the walls are very thin. Other than that a great stay.

We have stayed at the Island Inn several times, We always enjoy our stay.
I’ve been here several weeks… the unit (33G) has been fabulous - very well appointed and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Island Inn. Pictures online of property/grounds we felt didn’t do it justice. Extremely well kept. Staff is wonderful and helpful, especially housekeeping - TOP NOTCH!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here instead of a cramped inn with not nearly the amenities. And then there’s Noman’s right next door. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious including their Mai Tai’s. Always busy!! Great place for people with young children. Live music a plus. I had my car here so didn’t use the MV transit authority which stops right across the street. Again, I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else - so glad we chose this place!
The inn is a great property. The onsite restaurant has outdoor space where you can bring your dog. The only problem was the upstairs flooring was very noisy when walked on and annoying to hear.
Solid property with attentive staff. The walls are thin and all guests don't adhere to the quiet hours.
Central location, well appointed and fit our family of 4 + small dog. Will return again!
Upon entering the apartment I instantly loved it. It was Very clean, Very inviting regarding the decor and faux beams and the layout. There was enough seating and al beds were Very comfortable! All utensils that you could need and enough towels for all of us. The night before we left at 2am was very disappointing due to the room next to us having extremely loud yelling, slamming of their doors and what sounded like running down the hallways. I finally opened my door and told them to knock it off!!! Be aware that whoever sleeps in the living room will hear sqeaking all night from the beams overhead that rub together whenever someone above it walking. Other than that, the apartment itself was outstanding.
