We were delighted by our stay at this condo. My wife and my daughters all came and hugged me after we walked in! All of the special, personal touches by our host, Sandy, made our stay even more enjoyable. The heated pool and the gym were daily destinations for us. Everyone was very friendly. It is a gated community and many of the residents were owners, so we felt safe and welcomed. We would most definitely stay here again.

The condo was wonderful, it had everything our family needed for a great vacation. The host was friendly and responsive. Loved the location near lots of restaurants and not far from the beach.

Everything was perfection. I went with my 12 year old grandson. He absolutely loved his bedroom. He said the condo was perfect for a mom, dad and kid, and that he wanted to live there! The condo was spotless. The pool was wonderful. I can't stand resort pools with their blasting music. Highly recommend!!

Yes the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The space as immaculate. Lots of linens and the kitchen was stocked which we do appreciated!

Condo was absolutely immaculate upon arrival. Sandy was amazing as a host! Wonderful communication and instructions were easy to follow and very responsive to messages. Condo was fully stocked with all the essentials needed on vacation. Very beautifully decorated and clean which is very important to us as vacationers. All restaurants, shops and beaches conveniently located close by. Thank you for the thoughtful gift and we will definitely be back in the future!

We had the most wonderful time in this condo. It was clean and well decorated and perfectly located to beaches and night life. What made this location so special is the host’s attention to detail. She had essentials that are not usually brought on a plane like beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of beach and regular towels. And there was coffee and filters to get started!! That’s so thoughtful! We enjoyed the spices and other kitchen needs. The condo amenities were great. We enjoyed the heated pool and watched people enjoy the fitness center. :)I would absolutely recommend this condo and host a thousand times!

The host was welcoming and 5 stars for communication and responding to any issues. The most seamless entering and exiting the residence that we have experienced so far.

Amazing communication!

Host was wonderful and communicated well. We had 3 adults and, unless there is a couple, it is a little crowded for 3. We did experience issues with consistent temperature control between rooms. Also If the curtains covered the windows it would be easier to sleep in. All that said, it was overall a great experience.

This is a beautiful condo, with lots of extras! It’s stocked full of all the beach things, coffee, games, extra beach towels and more! My girls loved the pool and there was plenty of room for our family of 5 to sleep comfortably in! It’s also one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in and the host was wonderful! She even left us a nice gift . I only have nice things to say! Would definitely recommend!

Great location, close to stores and centrally located for exploring. Would recommend having a car for sure. Well stocked with essentials and having access to the pool was great addition!

Property is exactly as pictured in listing, and I mean EXACTLY. Sandy is super attentive and keeps the lines of communication wide open during your stay. Policies, rules, and expectations are clear and easy to follow. Everything was super cute, so we were sure move any not-baby-friendly decor out of reach and placed it back before leaving.

We stayed for a week in March 2025. The condo was spotless. The host Sandra is available and let us feel very welcome! We feel very safe as it is a gated area. Gym and pool available on site, very clean as well. We highly recommend!

Balcony overlooks the tennis court and pool area. The entire property is well maintained and the host was wonderful. We would stay here again if in the area.

The pictures although beautiful do not do the unit justice. Everything about the unit was top shelf. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Sandra was amazingly communicative and accessible. Very conveniently located!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is spotless and well stocked. The host was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure every need was met. If you want a place relatively close to the beaches, this is it.

Place was nice and the host had everything you would need. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Located near shops and restaurants. Host left us a nice gift. If you are in this area this is a great place to rent and I would highly recommend!

Condo is next to swimming pool and tennis courts…a definite plus. Condo came very well stocked, both in kitchen with necessities as well as everything you would need for the beach.Condo is two bedroom, but second bedroom doesn’t have a true door, nor does it have a closet. Living room is small. Three people could not watch TV comfortably in there.Complex is close to Pinellas Trail, which was nice, but in general, area is surrounded by auto body shops, storage units, etc.

Very clean, locked in community. Apartment itself was beautiful and well taken care of. The host is professional and easy to be in contact with. Will consider staying here again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The residents of this complex were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was quiet, never any noise. It was a gated community and the surroundings always kept my family safe. The actual unit we rented from Sandra was ready and clean upon arrival. Sandra does a great job with communicating and providing a place that is exactly what you see online. We need to be back in town in the weeks ahead and will be trying to stay here again.

Trendy condo, super close to the pool and grills, stocked with everything you'd need and more! Bed was comfortable and ceiling fan provided a perfect breeze.Zzzz Quiet community but everyone we met was friendly. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Sandra was the perfect host!

Sandy (Host) was very kind, helpful and wonderful with communication and gave quick responses. The condo was very inviting and pleasant in appearance and comfort. It was very clean and we loved the pool and that it had a washer and dryer plus garden tub. Gated community and being close to numerous beaches makes it a great location and place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Sandy and her husband went out of their way to make our family welcome and comfortable. The accommodations were just beautiful! They thought of everything and it was fashionably decorated. It was our home away from home and we greatly appreciate their hospitality!
