Stayed Jul 16, 2021The short walk to the beach is amazing!!! The view of the ocean was better than the pictures! We brought our own chairs canopy and boogie boards but at this place they had all of the above plus more! The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were up all times of the night and you could hear every single movement..the other downside was the shared washer and dryer when upstairs and downstairs were checking out at the same time but we communicated and both families got everything done by 930! Other than the 2 minor things I listed this place was amazing and I would stay here and recommend anyone here!

Stayed Apr 24, 2021The unit was very clean and had a better view of the ocean than we expected. The pool and beach are both so close! The property managers are very friendly and helpful. You can definitely hear every movement of the upstairs guests but luckily they seemed to be on the same schedule as us so they were quiet at night. We absolutely had the perfect vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great little place to stay in the beach. Super easy access to the beach and pool. Better view that expected based on pictures. Would go again.

Stayed Sep 7, 2020Lots of pros about the rental... easy check in and out, wonderful location, amazing views, great decor, super clean, and AC worked great which is definitely important for a Florida beach rental during summer. Only a few minor cons... missing remote, you wake up with the upstairs renters due to the acoustics in those buildings, would have liked a deadbolt on the front door, and wish there would have been a regular coffee maker since I didn’t bring the single serving cups. Again, minor complaints, we enjoyed the unit very much!

Stayed Sep 3, 2020This condo was located just steps from the beach, recently remodeled and equipped with everything needed to vacation. It was clean and updated. The pool was a nice bonus especially since it was empty most of the time! It's close to shops and restaurants. The main complaint I had was the upstairs guests (friends of the owner, so they said) they literally walked around ALL night. The ceilings must not be very well insulated because we could hear every step they made. They even asked us after the first night if we could hear them and we said YES! Seems like they didn't care though because the steps were louder each night, almost deliberately! If it wasn't for that I would have rated this 5 stars.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020I was so pleasantly surprised with the view from this ground-level unit! The cleanliness, layout, location and overall satisfaction of this unit were perfect. My only complaint is that the renters above us sounded like a herd of elephants.
