Sunny beachfront condo with pool access to beach attractions

Beautiful views, we had everything we needed for the two weeks we were there. Casago was quick to respond to a small issue we had and it was fixed right away.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was bigger than expected and had everything we needed. Great communication throughout the whole process.

Enjoyed location, gas grills were great

Indian Shores is a wonderful, laid back beach in a central location that is away from the traffic of the regions busier beaches. Our family loved this condo - the view when you walk in is the breathtaking. We loved being able to see and hear the ocean at all times. The pool and location to the beach was perfect and we appreciated the beach chairs and toys. It was very spacious and comfy! I did notice some dusty areas such as light fixtures and fans, but surfaces were sparkly clean when we walked in. I also thought the beds were a bit too firm, but others in my family didn’t mind. The washing machine and one of the toilets in this unit also gave us some minor difficulties but we figured it out. They’ll need to be replaced eventually. Sadly we had to leave early due to Hurricane Helene and a mandatory evacuation, so we are still waiting to find out how the rental company, VACASA, will handle the reimbursement process. I haven’t talked to anyone directly yet.

We have stayed here several times and love the location and the amenities.

Small property but the location is good. The unit is located on the second floor and only accessible via stairs. Get what you pay for.

Everything about the property was perfect except for the key situation.

Very nice location, clean, spacious. Beach is very nice not crowded and clean. Pool closes at dusk so didn’t like that. Kitchen could use some more silverware and the ice machine needs fixed in freezer. Would stay again and recommend for other family’s.

We stayed at this location for 12 nights and it was a wonderful condo. Great view of the beach. The pool was also nice. The only complaints were that one of the two elevators were down and the guest bathroom's toilet did not always flush the. It appears the fill valve needs to be replace because it wouldnt always fill the tank, which is a cheap fix. Other than these two minor issues, it's a great place.
