The Space:

With 1,780 sq ft of space, this contemporary townhome is living at its finest. It features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a cozy living space spread across its two floors. You’ll even have your own fenced backyard with a private patio where you can enjoy a bit of peace of quiet in the sun.



Living

The main living room is located on the 2nd floor above the garage. Thanks to the wall of windows overlooking the front, it's one of the brightest rooms in the house. Whether watching TV or reading a book by the built-in gas fireplace, you’ll love using this room as your main gathering place.



A second living area is on the top floor next to the staircase. It has a pull-out twin bed which can sleep 2 additional guests. A small working desk is also available if you need to hold a meeting or catch up on emails.

Kitchen and Dining

For long-term stays, it’s important to have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals. Thankfully, this home has a kitchen that most cooks can only dream of. This open kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space and even a breakfast bar with seating for two.



Next to the kitchen is the dining room. This private space with a table for six gives you and your guests a cozy area to spend mealtime.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

This home has 2 separate bedrooms located on the top floor. The master bedroom with large walk-in closet has large vaulted ceilings and its own seating area and TV. There's also a wall of large windows bringing in a lot of natural lights. The en-suite bathroom is private and has a toilet, a two-sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo.



The second bedroom contains a queen bed and ample closet space. It also features a vaulted ceiling and windows on both sides for extra light. A second bathroom with a sliding-glass shower is also located down the hall.



In addition to the two bedrooms, this home has a pull-out sofa on the second floor and double twin daybeds on the third floor.

The Neighborhood:

This home is centrally located 6 miles to the Microsoft campus in Redmond and Kirkland and 3 miles to T-Mobile Headquarters. As such, it’s a great base for out-of-town employees or visitors.



During your stay, you’ll be close to numerous shops and restaurants in downtown Bellevue, Bellevue Square, and Lincoln Square (1 mile away). The home is also 1 mile to multiple beaches and parks, including Chism, Enatai, and Burrow Landings. Other nearby attractions include the Bellevue Botanical Gardens and Wilburton Hill Park.



There’s also a lot to see outside of Bellevue. You’ll be 1 mile from I-405 and 3 miles to I-90, where you can explore downtown Seattle, Lake Sammamish, or any other attraction Washington has to offer.



Getting Around:

Only an 11-minute drive from the stadium, making it easy to get to all the action quickly and conveniently.



Other Things to Note:

1- This is a 3 story townhouse. Both bedrooms are on the top floor so you will need to climb stairs

2- Home is close to a main road so there is some traffic noise from time to time

3- Bedrooms have tall windows without blinds. It may be a little bright during summer months

    Host is very responsive. The home is bright and clean. The kitchen has very few utensils and cooking tools so hard to prepare a meal for a family ( only 4 forks for example)

    Visited PNW for the first time. This condo was perfect for us and son and daughter in law. Bright, spacious. Beds were super comfy! Close to downtown with lovely parks nearby and great restaurants.

    Great place! Only complaint was the garage is extremely hard to get into. Way too tight it was not easy even for the small car I had.

    The house is very pretty and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the couch as well. The kitchen was well stocked and same with the bathrooms. Parking in the garage was challenging, but we finally figured it out and all is well. We did trip on some of the rugs a few times. They are getting pretty worn and are quite a trip hazard. That’s just some thing I would want to know if it was my home, but overall had a great experience!

    Perfectly located to downtown Bellevue and easily accessible to Seattle. A lot of sleeping options for family. Very roomy & clean! My only suggestion would be to better secure the carpets on the wood floors and fix/replace front room blinds. Thank you for opening your home to my family.

    The house is very clean and minimal. All essential things you may need (even things you did not know you needed) we’re easily accessible. I’d recommend this house for anyone or any small group visiting the Seattle area. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to stores and restaurants. You can enjoy a nice walk with beautiful scenery. It’s also very close to downtown Seattle

    This place could be so much better if only ... Communication was prompt and honest, If only there was more than one key was left for renters. If only there were deadbolts activated by hand from the inside so that one if not left locked inside the house while another is out shopping. Serious fire hazard. If only the place was inspected prior then overflowing garbage cans would not have been an issue, and only resolved after finding someone other than our co-host to handle it. There were four lamps out, broken blinds and some not working blinds, inadequate number of towels left, etc. Had to request extra towels. If only there were slip mats and bath rugs to ease getting in and out of shower. Safety issue. If only there was even one box of tissues.. If only there was access to basic local tv channels for local news. If only I had noticed that this place has no reviews prior to booking.
