Sungate Condominiums

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was clean and quiet. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming in this condo complex. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities I needed were right there at my finger tips. Certainly a place I would come back and stay here again for sure.

Older condo complex in a very convenient location. Very well equipped unit and responsive owner. Pool and hot tub in complex not working and some issues with TV but otherwise the perfect spot for our (couple and adult daughter) 10 day stay.

We stayed here for 13 nights during a move from So Cal and waiting for apt lease to start so still working and commuting daily. Janelle was very helpful, the place was very clean. It's European style for quick meals, kitchen is stocked (a little small) very nice, homey/comfort decor. We had a lot of our own stuff with us because of our 'moving to Phoenix' circumstance. We bbq'd hamburgers, steaks (love the electric grill) and a few meals on the stove. Master room bed was super comfy!

Janelle was the perfect contact for the property. Friendly. Attentive. The perfect guide for the whole process. She gave us a tour of the place, and all we needed to get more familiar with the neighborhood, and the Phoenix area. Thanks, Janelle.

Facility was clean, all amenities work well. Overall a very nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The condo was clean and well stocked. The property manager Janelle made sure of that as well as taking the time to show us around the property she was amazing ! Any property owner would be blessed to have her ! We were disappointed that the pool was not heated and to cold to use the 1st couple of weeks. Some of the furniture at the pool needs replaced as it is ripped and not usable. The condo had couple things that needed tended to. The laundry is also not in the condo they have a laundry facility on site which worked out ok, however the machines need maintenance most all the dryers had black sticky spots in the drum which makes you leary that it wont get on your clothes. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay.

When we needed a property close to the last minute, Janelle came through for us in a huge way. Cannot imagine a more ideal property manager anywhere - everything you could think of was supplied from oodles of toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap bottles in the bathrooms and kitchen, dish and laundry detergent and even a paid up debit card for the washer and dryer in an adjacent building. There was even plenty of coffee and tea available in the cozy cabinets and all the pots and pans anyone would need. Even though it was totally unnecessary, Janelle made time to come around the second day to answer any questions and show me everything on the property. She likewise promptly returned when there was an issue with the internet and TV although it was an issue with the cable provider. The leather couch and loveseat in the living room were the most comfortable we've ever sat on. I would love them for our own home! Ideally, it would be perfect if an end table and table lamp were added in between the couches for additional lighting and spot to place a glass, mug or electronics. Loved that the property was an end unit and had two balconies!
