The communication between the office and myself was excellent. For example, I called midweek to tell them the sun umbrella was broken, and that there were no bath mats in the shower areas. When we returned to the condo, there was a brand new umbrella and 2 bath mats waiting for us. So appreciated!The condo is very clean, has a great location- definitely lived up to the photos on line. Only drawback for us was the beach chairs. Some definitely need to be replaced.All in all, our stay at Sundial was terrific!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather was terrific, property nicely located on the gulf beach. Property was clean, but amenities were sub par. Old appliances, coffee maker so old it doesn’t have an automatic shut off. No washer and dryer umbrella to use on beach broken. Kitchen packed with unnecessary gadgets-no storage for food.

Stayed Nov 20, 2021Checking in early was great. Condo was fine, but could use some upgrades. Pillows were terrible. New pans in the kitchen are needed. A box fan or a small fan in each bedroom would help with sleeping at night. Not having a washer/dryer was hard. The view was incredible and the property/landscaping was beautiful. We had a great week, but would look for something else probably next time.
