Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alpine Lodging assisted us in relocating to this property after a different rental snafu (not through them). The pictures don’t do it justice! It was spotless and well taken care of. The kitchen and living were on the smaller side and quaint, but perfect for our family. The location was excellent, beds were comfortable, and despite no A/C and close to 90 degree temps while we there, the home was very comfortable! The view off the back to the trees and trail was so pretty, and we enjoyed meeting the very kind neighbors as well.The deck appeared brand new despite signage that it was unsafe/unusable — having that accessible would’ve been the only thing to make it even better!

Two things to know: 1) the main bedroom does not have a door, nor does the bathroom, 2) The unit is very hot.

Nice art! The heating system was loud and uncontrollable. Overall, an enjoyable stay! Would come back.

Since we hosted an engagement dinner, it was delightful that we had at least 10 plates, sets of silverware and glasses. Clearly. The owners like to cook; everything we needed was in the kitchen and the condo was bright , clean and cozy ! Great location. Less than 10 minutes to bottom of mountain and to town. Everything walkable . Would rent again !!

The bonus room off of the garage was very convenient for us as an extra private bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything was clean, water pressure was great! No notes! Plus check in and out was a breeze, we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunbird 9 is a beautiful short walk to River Run lifts along the river. The condo itself had everything we needed for our two week stay. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms was the perfect size and very well maintained. The large window in the dining area brings the outside indoors which is very unique. Additionally, the top of Dollar Mountain is visible. Plan to rent again next year.
