Stayed Dec 31, 2022Great location, close to Rec Center with a fabulous pool and restaurant. Nice Par 3 golf course. Mary, our host was very accommodating and available for any questions or concerns we had. We enjoyed our 3 months so much, we booked it for next winter. This condo was very clean and equipped with all the essentials we need for our stay. Sun Village is a very peaceful, friendly, well maintained with lots of green space I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place for stay.

Stayed Nov 26, 2021We absolutely loved Sun Village ,the condo was fantastic, great location. in Surprise.We enjoyed all the amenities that Sun Village had to offer.The condo totally suited us,Mary was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well furnished, would be nice to have living room and patio furniture upgraded. Bev& Doug

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Mary was fantastic. Flexible. Very responsive. The unit is adorable. Clean. Well supplied and comfortable. The community and amenities are like a resort!

Stayed Jan 16, 2021The condo was very clean with great, comfortable beds. Could use a couple of items in the kitchen. Mary was very easy to talk with. Got two more chairs for the patio when we had company.
