Sun, Sand and Pool : Condo at Savannah, Tybee

First time on Tybee and loved every minute!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was convenient to both Tybee Island and Savanah. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including 2 adult and one child beach chairs. The beach was a few minutes walk away and we were next to the pool. A lot of attention to detail in this property. I would definitely stay again. Roshan was always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property.

Excellent location! Fully equipped. It doesn’t have an oven but there was a toaster and crockpot. The place was well designed and comfortable. Short walk to the beach which was quiet and great views and walking. Will definitely stay here again!

The location is great! You are steps from the beach and pool. The condo matched the description. If you are looking for a place to stay on the north side of Tybee, this is a great location.

First level with ramp on far end or handful of stairs closer to the unit by the pool. Can look past a utility box unit, past the pool, past the palmetto trees, toward the ocean for a limited view. The balcony sits up above the top of car level in the parking lot. Issues with the tv working during our stay, some cosmetic fixes could be made (bathroom interior wall had primer in an area but not paint, the refrigerator had something stuck to it at some point, etc.), and we were looking forward to pulling curtains closed for sleeping on the Navy sized single bunk in the hallway like in the posting photos, but the curtain was gone. A lot of ground dirt and sand were left from previous stay that housekeeping did not pick up before our arrival. We let the owner know since they probably assume housekeeping does their job. The same with the tv, and the one travel size shampoo but lots of conditioner.Very walkable down the handful of steps to parking lot, pool, boardwalk to ocean. Bring bug spray for walking to beach and on beach as the no-see-ums are no fun after they bite. Sunsets were the best! Dishwasher, full size frige, stove top, and microwave were nice to have and the redone shower was nice! Owner was great at responding, easy to understand checkin process and code was related to my information so it was easier for me to understand, than other places we’ve stayed! The owner was great to work with. We loved the wash cloths and towels and we bought some for home!

The condo was charming and just perfect for our visit. We were steps from the beach and it was beautiful. The host was wonderful and always had quick answers to our questions. I highly recommend this property and thank our host for her kindness.

Host was very welcoming and very responsive and we loved being with walking distance of the beach. We did notice a moldy coffee filter and some cosmetic updates to the condo would be helpful!

Location of this condo is great-close to beach & pool. Everything as represented but a tight squeeze for 3 adults, perfect for two. Suggest repair to sliding door to deck for security since this is a ground floor condo, but we enjoyed our stay and Tybee Island is a great getaway

Small quiet apartment steps from beach

It was a fantastic stay! The owner has done a great job making this space attractive and welcoming. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and there are a lot of details and special touches to make your vacation a good one. I’ve stayed in a lot of Savannah Beach and Racquet Club units and this is definitely a favorite!

Host was very quick to respond to any questions. From the balcony, had a little bit of a view, but literally steps to the beach from the room. Condo is small, but perfect for a weekend getaway.

This trip was an end-of-summer getaway with my husband to relax and enjoy some time away from home after I had a surgery back in July. The condo was perfect for just the two of us. It had everything we needed for few days, and the location was right next to the beach and pool. The condo had all amenities we needed. I did notice there wasn't an oven (which I would have liked to have if staying longer), but we didn't need one for the few days we were there. If my grandkids had been with us then we might have needed one. However, there was a microwave, stove top, and toaster oven to cook with.The condo community was nice, well kept, and quiet. The pool was great, though a little cool since it is September. The beach walkway is right outside the building from this condo, making it a short walk to the sand. Be informed about high tides, because there's almost no usable beach during this time, unlike other parts of the island where we've stayed in the past. Obviously, this isn't an issue with the condo, just information for others.Water pressure was perfect in the shower. The bed was comfortable. The sliding glass door needs some work (maybe some oil) because it was difficult to open and close.The host was wonderful about sending and replying to messages in a timely manner. I would certainly stay in this condo again.

It was a quick trip me me and my Grands before school started back. Had a great time.

I have stayed at many VRBOs and was previously a VRBO provider and have always been pleased with my accommodations. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit and the provisions. Photos are provided. In addition to the obvious need for maintenance and just general upkeep the following need to be addressed. The coffee maker did not work, probably clogged due to need for scaling. Both clocks not working, probably need batteries. Bathroom sink faucet was corroding as well as drain which had no guard with trash caught in the trap. A bathmat would have been appreciated as well as at least 1 dishwasher pod. Kitchen chair broken, sliding glass door to deck was in need of maintenance as it was very difficult to open and close. Unit badly in need of paint. Could not watch TV in living area as remote was damaged and unable to change stations. No instructions given as to what to do at check out with linens,trash, etc. WiFi instructions not included at checkin. Did appreciate the beach towels, beach chairs and skim boards provided.

Nice place but could use some maintenance attention - new bathroom sink fixtures, lubricate sliding door, touch up paint.

German roach infestation is ridiculous. Complained to the owners with no offer of a resolution for our stay. Do not recommend.

The door handle mechanism on the sliding glass door is broken, falling out & doesn’t lock. I notified the owner immediately. He responded he would inform the HOA & it would not be repaired during our stay. This condo is on the first floor so anyone could enter the condo through the balcony. There were two boards in the condo used to block the door from opening. I found in looking back at reviews this has been an issue since at least 6/2024. The pics show two lamps in the living rm that are not in the condo. The condo is very dimly lit. The shower and shower curtain has mildew. The fan cover over the microwave is broken off. There are not as many dishes as shown in the photos. There are no beach chairs or pool noodles. The owner inquired if I wanted to extend my stay a couple more days, I declined. It’s is close to the beach and the pool looked clean. Walking distance to restaurants. I won’t stay in this condo again.

This was our first trip to Savanah and tybee. It was a last minute booking. Very clean and quiet. The beach is amazing and the pool and grounds are so clean. Only negative Kitchen was not well equipped with some basic essentials like a frying pan, making it hard to make breakfast. Overall a lovely place.

This location and unit itself were fantastic, but the refrigerator had not been cleaned upon my arrival. Several days into the stay I discovered bugs in the bathroom. I checked out early. The manager of the unit was responsive but needless to say, I am praying no friends accompanied me back home.

Power was out for me at my house after Helene and I found this awesome place that was walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Canceled stay after arriving due to roaches. We had to find another place to stay late at night. Terrible experience

We wanted a simple, quick beach stay and this was perfect for us. Easy parking, access to beach, short walk to food. Place was clean and had everything we needed for the beach including a nice outdoor patio for wet towels and clothes and enjoying fresh air. We look forward to coming back.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo. It is right on the beach and the pool is super close as well. There was a small cleanliness issue but the owner was quick to respond and make plans to fix it. The hall outside a little smelly because of the nearness to the ocean and carpeted walkways, but that is no fault of the owner and not a deal breaker for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return!

We enjoyed our stay the 1st night. The 2nd night we came into roaches in the condo. Contacted the owner and he worked with us and got us moved to another condo. There is only a small toaster oven and the hidabed was brocken so my son had to sleep on the couch. Make sure you take beach chairs there are none. The second condo was better than the 1st other than the bed is really hard. The pool was great!!
