We stayed on the 8th floor. The view was amazing. Will ne coming back.

The amenities were nice! However, the room had not been cleaned good at all. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it. Hopefully it was just a one time thing though. As far as the set up of the room, the owners have done a good job!

We had a great time, the conversation with the owner was prompt and informative. The check-in was easy the only issue I had was there was sand in the bunk beds. I would return again the area was very convenient to the beach and small restaurants.

The room is really nice and decorated so cute!! Very safe property as you have security to get on the property. Pools are big and clean. Restaurant on property. Love this place!

Apartment is very outdated, make sure to bring EVERYTHING you need. Michael is a great host and very responsive.

This condo is in a great location and our host was very responsive. I will agree with others who have reviewed this property that the elevator situation is not ideal. We gave up waiting and walked the 8 flights of steps several times. My main complaint is that I thought there were 2 bathrooms based on the listing. This condo technically has 1 1/2 baths. It is one large bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 toilets divided by a pocket door, so only one shower. We made it work though.

We came for a quick two night stay and brought my 9 year old down for a little getaway. We appreciated the prompt communication from the owners anytime we reached out. The best part was definitely the amazing view from the large balcony. There were some beach toys and boogie boards on the patio to use, which was quite the highlight for my daughter! Note- check with the Summit for pool closures, as we were VERY disappointed that of the two pools, one was closed almost our entire stay and the other closed every night between 730 and 8. No fault of the owners though, just something to be mindful of.

The condo had trash under things in multiple rooms, one of the toilets didn’t flush, the ice maker didn’t work, and dryer didn’t dry unless ran through 2-3 times! Positive side there was beach toys on the balcony, view was amazing, & it was a cute little condo! Would I stay again? Yes! Just hope manager can get those things fixed for the next person!
