further! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is walking distance to Eagle Lodge

and complex amenities cannot be beat! Relax in front of the cozy wood-burning

fireplace or enjoy a soak in one of the many complex jacuzzis. The condo has a

full kitchen where you can cook a nice meal after a long day on the hill

biking or skiing, as well as plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen
<br>bar.



The master bedroom features a Queen size bed as well as flatscreen TV and full

bathroom is right outside the bedroom door. There is even a sleeper sofa in

the living room for the kids or additional guests. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS

WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE

OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) The Summit complex offers terrific amenities

like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread

throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered

garage parking also keeps you from having to shovel out on those snowy days.



All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to

enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum

of 4 people and comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second

on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided

one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

to call our office for alternative options. There are multiple stairs to this

unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is

    Condo is old and dated, but mostly did the job. One heater didn't have a knob to adjust temp, the other stopped working. One of the bar stools was falling apart. The living room sofa bed was not the most comfortable to sleep in. Bedroom bed was comfortable, kitchen was small but was fully supplied with everything to cook. Water was warm and had ample pressure. The complex was damaged by the record setting snowfall and not all walkways were cleared of snow. One spa was not operational, another was luke warm to cold, and another was extremely hot (too hot), and one of the air jets did not work. Melting snow was seeping significantly through the foundation and into the underground parking and stairwell, had to walk around and through puddles of water, including the stairwell.

    We enjoyed our stay very much, the mountain snow was perfect. The condo was comfortable and in a beautiful location and very clean.The one thing we were worried about was getting a small supply of fire wood. We used what we were given sparingly so as not to run out.

    We have been going to Mammoth for close to 20 years. Love staying at the Summit. We have never had an issue with this management company.
