Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo is old and dated, but mostly did the job. One heater didn't have a knob to adjust temp, the other stopped working. One of the bar stools was falling apart. The living room sofa bed was not the most comfortable to sleep in. Bedroom bed was comfortable, kitchen was small but was fully supplied with everything to cook. Water was warm and had ample pressure. The complex was damaged by the record setting snowfall and not all walkways were cleared of snow. One spa was not operational, another was luke warm to cold, and another was extremely hot (too hot), and one of the air jets did not work. Melting snow was seeping significantly through the foundation and into the underground parking and stairwell, had to walk around and through puddles of water, including the stairwell.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay very much, the mountain snow was perfect. The condo was comfortable and in a beautiful location and very clean.The one thing we were worried about was getting a small supply of fire wood. We used what we were given sparingly so as not to run out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been going to Mammoth for close to 20 years. Love staying at the Summit. We have never had an issue with this management company.
