Summerwind West 201 ~ Unobstructed Gulf Views ~ Navarre Beach

The location and the unit were excellent. We enjoyed it very much,The only negative was the laundry appliances. The washing machine was very noisy at times. Seemed to get out of balance a lot. The clothes drier is slower than a seven year itch, as my grandfather would say. Took forever to dry clothes.Otherwise we liked the place and plan to go back again.

I always pick five stars because I don't have a choice to go higher. Coastal Vibe Vacations and staff are 10 stars at least. They are always ready to help with any situation that might arise. The Summerwind West 201 Condo has always been well stocked, clean, very roomy and has an amazing view of Navarre Beach. This place never disappoints!

We loved the view and everthing went very smoothly from check to checkout.

A perfect space for our family fall break, with easy access to the pool/beach and ample space in the unit. Well decorated and well kept. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place and in a perfect location. We enjoyed our time and the accommodations were great and an amazing bang for the buck as well. The beds were a little worn and we struggled to get cold water in the bathrooms but outside of those things it was perfect

This condo is perfect for a family. Plenty of room, amazing view, full size washer and dryer, anything kitchen wise that you need as well. There's a cabinet with lots of books to read, family games and puzzles, 3 restaurants within walking distance, fishing pier right next door. Anything else that you could possibly need during your stay, Coastal Vibes is always great and responsive! We use them every year and will continue to do so!

Very nice property with great view. Any issues we had where quickly resolved.

Location was perfect, on beach, and short walk to area attractions.

Great location!! Very roomy!! Overall it was in pretty good shape. The shower in the master bathroom and bathtubs in the other bedrooms could be updated, but no biggie.Great balcony and view of ocean!!!

We loved our stay at Navarre Beach. The Summerwind property was comfortable and conveniently located.

Condo was very spacious! Location was perfect! No carpet, no glass tables, very nice and open concept. Perfect for our young family of 6!!!

Property was almost perfect. Only complaint the 5 of us had was comfort of seating. We like to play cards,puzzles,etc.The dining chairs were hard and uncomfortable so we couldn't. The 2 sofas were uncomfortable also..beds were very comfortable..great location and size!

I would give the condo itself a 10, it was clean & had all of the items we needed in the bathrooms, laundry & the kitchen. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry & dw soap. The beds & pillows were all comfortable. Our only complaint is the rental company, HOA & “security” guard at the beach. He all but assaulted (punched!) my husband (I have it all on video) because we didn’t have our bands that the hoa was supposed to bring us on the first night (because there were only 5 in the condo & there was 8 of us, the people staying before us took 3) so after telling him the situation 3 days in a row (we weren’t going to not go to the beach on our vacation!!) he kicked my husband off the pier after chewing him out & almost hitting him, he had to walk around to the parking lot on hot asphalt with no shoes. We made yet another call to the rental company (3rd call) who did nothing again & finally called the hoa who stood up for the wanna be security guard, all they had to do was bring us the other 3 bands that were supposed to already be there! We won't be staying at any of the summer winds resorts because of this situation.

Our stay for 7 nights was great! This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely be returning back in the future. The host was quick with response with any questions or concerns we had. There were beach items in a closet for us to use, this was helpful since we flew in and weren’t able to bring much with us. There is also a store on the 1st floor that had smoothies and drinks which made it easy so we didn’t have to leave the condo often. From the condo you are a short distance to the pier and places to eat such as Andy D’s and Juana’s Pagodas. The checkout instructions were very detailed and were not extensive. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to travel to Navarre for a beach getaway :)

What a great condo! We loved being able to walk right to the local restaurants and easy access to the beach. The attached beach store was an added bonus. The kids were there every day for smoothies! Check-in and check-out were very easy and it was very clean. Just like advertised. Would definitely recommend.

Bath in master BR tub and shower floor was not clean, shower floor had lent and hair, queen BR bath, rugs were dirty, shink stopper was broken, twin BR sticky spot on floor and on chest, don’t know what it was because we didn’t try to clean it also shower water was just warm not hot, only in Twin BR. We still enjoyed our stay but the unit needs a deep cleaning.

On the beach. Convenient, roomy, quiet. Looking forward to a return visit!

We enjoyed this spacious condo, it was great for our family of 6. The location was perfect. It did not matter to us, but the condo was a little run down with chipped paint and cabinets and broken decor and the internet wasnt great but we werent there for that. There was noise from the people upstairs from 830-1130 most nights but over all its a good value so we would stay again! The kids loved the pool and being near tge pier was great too.

We had the absolute best time!! It was our first time in Narvarre and we cannot wait to go back!

The views at this property are absolutely stunning! For a fall vacation I really liked this condo because it wasn’t busy at all. The included chairs are an awesome bonus. I would absolutely stay again. Floors could definitely use a deep clean but that’s most places I’ve ever stayed. Other than the floor it was very clean. Can’t wait to stay here in Navarre again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was away from the downtown area but close to things if needed. The beach is great. The pools are nice and have room to lay around and soak up the sunshine.

We will definitely be back! The only downfall we had is we wish we were on a higher floor but that didnt make the experience bad!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and home like, but with an amazing view. We’ve stayed at a few other condos on the same beach and this was our favorite so far. We would definitely stay again. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

The resort is super clean & staff is very helpful. We had a blast down there. Can't wait to come back again.
