This unit was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. I would definitely return here. It had a wonderful view of the ocean. The management company was prompt and answering my questions. The unit was comfortable and had plenty of towels and sheets and blankets. The kitchen as well equipped we were able to cook. It is centrally located where you can walk to several restaurants and over to the Bayside. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

A cozy, family-friendly condo right on the beach and walking distance to Navarre Pier. It was clean and accommodating. Our kids appreciated the heated pool!

The hosts were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the master bathroom tub and shower were unusable. Even though there is a shower head, there is no way to turn it on. The bathtub had no plug, so it was also unusable unless you stuff a wash cloth into the drain. Fortunately, the second bathroom shower was operable. If there had been more people staying there, the shower would be a bigger problem.

We had a quick stay, but it was great. Will stay again soon, top notch location!

Perfect location.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was a beautiful time of year to walk on the beach and just relax. The location is wonderful, the views from the unit are amazing! we are hoping to return soon!

The property was exactly as described. Scenic Stays was quick to respond to the issue of no WIFI. It did take 24 hours to get someone to come to the condo. Ultimately, the owner needed to fix the issue. IOverall, a great place to stay.

This condo is located in a well maintained complex with direct beach access. The condo has beautiful beach views and direct beach access. We spotted different types of sea life daily: dolphins, stingrays and turtles. We enjoyed the benefit of having beach chairs that were included with our stay. While the condo was clean, it could use a deeper cleaning and some updates. Overall, it is a really good value.

Beautiful 10th floor 3 bedroom. Excellent view no k cup machine just regular coffee pot. Difficult communication between VRBO and SCEINIC STAYS. Was some confusion as who to contact. VRBO sent lock code @2pm and it didnt work. Scenic stays sent another code on a different app. It was confusing. Other than that confusion everyting else worked out perfectly. It was a beautiful couple of days. Will gladly come again.

Awesome experience!

The condo is wonderful! Great view from the master, a third bonus bunk room for extra people. We had 7 and slept comfortably. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella included. The store in the building was super convenient for extra ice, drinks and souvenirs. We were walking distance to 2 restaurants and the pier so the location was perfect! The WiFi did not work well, the tv was playing videos but we could not get on it with our phones, we could log onto the neighbors but it barely loaded.

Great property! Shower curtains could have been cleaner....had mold on them!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerwind West. Visiting in April, the weather was perfect and crowds were non-existent. All instructions from Scenic Stays were clear and any needed communication was handled quickly. Would highly recommend. We will be visiting again! Very satisfied!!

This condo had everything we needed, and such a beautiful view! I believe the listing states it’s 2 bedrooms, but it actually has an extra bedroom that was great for kids. Our friends so graciously let us have the room with the view! We were able to cook our meals and head down to the beach to claim our spot. The weather held out on our short stay, and we got one full beach day minus the water (double red flags). The company was responsive, and communicated well. Overall it was a wonderful long weekend, and a great first trip to Navarre!

Stay was good only thing was some of the lamps or lights didn’t work and there was some mold in the laundry washer that we noticed . Otherwise, stay was good.

Perfect location and comfortable clean unit!

The condo was very clean. Listed as 2 bedrooms, but there are actually three. Which was nice. The biggest issue is that there is no deadbolt or security lock on the front door on the inside. I traveled with a toddler, so it was nerve wracking that he could just open the front door and walk out. We ended up having to put two kitchen chairs in front of the door at night. Also, the main sliding door to the balcony did not lock.two big safety issues. Cons: no ice maker, no locks on the doors on the inside, the dryer took multiple cycles to dry, bathtub in the other bathroom drains slowly, also the bedrooms were really hot at night, I don’t think any of the tvs were smart tvs. Pros: close to the beach, clean, pools/hot tub nice, included beach chair/umbrella. Probably wouldn’t stay here again with little kids because of the locks.

This condo is perfect. The location is the best. Parking is not overcrowded. Beds were comfy. Balcony has a breathtaking view of the gulf & pier. Could use basic essentials like salt & pepper. Would also be nice to know if there's a regular pot or a Kureg for coffee. Otherwise, 100% recommend!

I even got a text message asking how everything was going and responded asking for assistance on the ice maker, but no response. It sounds as though other visitors have had issues with the management and a lack of response. The bed in the master suite is lopsided and the remote control back kept falling off. I ended up using my son’s sports tape to fix it. If I were the owner, I would use a different management group.

I go to this area every year and for the price, this condo needs improvement. Right away we noticed mold in the ceiling on one room and the remote was broken. We only stayed 4 nights and the last night the batteries needed replaced in the master and was chirping the entire night. The elevator was broke and coming and going down 10 flights of stairs with stuff isn't ideal. I met my friend in their condo 2 buildings over and her price was cheaper and she had only 2 bedrooms, but it has an open floor plan and up-to-date ammendities like a Keurig with actual more space.
