Summerchase PH2 | Indoor/Outdoor Pools + Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam Room

This was a beautifully furnished condo. Unfortunately, it could use some better housekeeping. There was a large wad of hair in the floor of the master shower and both beds in the children’s bedroom had hairs in them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I don’t like the fact that there’s a two car limit when I had 4 adult and 4 children listed as occupants on the property. Each adult reside is different states and drove down. We had to park across the highway in a shopping center.

We loved the condo itself, but the complex had multiple issues, that caused us to be unable to utilize much of the amenities offered and ultimately made the decision to leave early. The pool bathrooms overflowing, main office flooded out with ceiling tiles falling, gym, sauna and steam room was inoperable with all adults in our reservation that are avid in daily workouts unable to for most of our stay. Issues with the elevator caused us to have to carry our beach equipment up/down 13 floors.

Second time visiting this unit and love the location, amenities in the unit, soaring ceilings, space and complex, beach. The location of the building it self could be better: no high rises on either side, expansive views, no parking structure to deal with (hate those) and shopping/restaurants all with a walk. Will return for a 3rd visit in 2027!

This was our first winter trip to the beach and we are hooked! We loved the spacious condo, it had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. I was traveling with my daughter and son in law along with a 5 year old and a 9 month old. We didn’t want to leave!!!

We’ve stayed here for at least 4 years in a row for the coastal academy cup soccer tournament in Foley and as always we have the best time. Fantastic location and plenty of space for the whole family. We will be back in the spring for a high school tournament as well.

Excellent layout. The kitchen is well stocked and way bigger than the pictures. Loved having a balcony where i dont have to see anyone else and it was very very spacious. Would definitely stay again!

The refrigerator was in the middle of the kitchen. We had to move it in to place. Other than that zero issues. I do not blame the host or anything, I know stuff happens. We would definitely book here again.

Check-in very simple. Way bigger than I thought. Kitchen has just about everything you need. Great place to stay!!

Easy check in with key pad, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful condo, huge master suite, nice facilities, easy check out.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property is beautiful! My only complaints are minor- the master shower was full of sand and there were no bath mats or anything on the floor so we had to use our towels to put on the floor. I suggest getting some bathroom floor mats. Everything else was perfect!

Very roomy, excellent view, kitchen well stocked for use. Freezer in laundry room. Having ice machine very nice.Would definitely rent this unit again.- Stove burners not very consistent- Oven doors hard to open- Dishwasher did not always clean dishes very well- No extra sheets and no blankets in unit

The Penthouse condo was fantastic! It was the perfect size for ten guests. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. The condo was well stocked with card games, board games, and plenty of dishes for us to use. We loved the pool, hot tub, and workout room. We will definitely be booking this condo again if it is available!

This penthouse was absolutely wonderful. MUST be maintained by wonderful people, as well, that care about how people feel when they stay! My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here and can't wait to return! I had one minor complaint. The jacuzzi tub was pretty much unusable due to running out of warm water so quickly. We spent a lot of time trying to use but never could get enough water in it to use. My advice - tankless hot water heater! Other than that, no complaints!

We loved summerchase ph2. The condo was beautiful. The view amazing! We got to see dolphins playing in the rain. I would love to go back to this place for sure! We were also able to check in early!!! Thank You so much

A last minute impulse trip to leave a record snowfall winter in Northern Michigan lead us to the Alabama Coast and Orange Beach. We (myself and 2 friends) landed on Summerchase and this unit for couple of reasons: my parents had visited here 20 years ago and the location is devoid of high rises on each side giving a feeling of spaciousness and isolation yet close to everything. The fine sugar sand beach is one of the best I have ever walked and there are not enough miles in my legs to reach its end in either direction. Visited in early March and dolphins abound off the shore and easily visible with the naked eye.The unit itself is over sized with a nice patio overlooking the blue Gulf and white sand was a great place to enjoy most of the day. While some unit updating would be nice, what needed to be was overlooked due all of the other features and benefits of the condo.We would definitely visit again.

Great condo.

We were VERY pleased with our choice. Marlin Key 4F was great but the 1st night there was a water leak that necessitated the company relocating us. They were immediately responsive (early on a Sunday morning!) and very professional and considerate. We were relocated to a beautiful penthouse at another location and couldn’t have been happier. Everyone at iTrips was so thoughtful and respectful! We highly recommend iTrip for this and many other reasons. The added advantage of being able to book activities through their links was a tremendous benefit. Every activity we chose was super!

We walked in and was in awe of the spaciousness and view. Hidden in cabinets were lots of games, puzzles and Legos. The whirlpool tub was gigantic. My most loved feature was a dining table for 10. We were able to have meals together. Summerchase Condos had both an outdoor and heated indoor pool, and jacuzzi. We look forward to returning.

The condo has nice space and furnishings. The bathrooms are a bit dated and the condo could use fresh paint. It has a great balcony. The beds were comfortable. We had a delightful stay!

The view from this penthouse is amazing! We enjoyed staying here. It seems maintenance is a bit lacking They did come immediately and fix our A/C upon calling which was great. Some areas for review: Tiles missing on balcony Cushions are dirty and need replaced on the balcony furniture - not comfortable Worn out The tub in the front bathroom takes 3-4 hours to drain Some areas need paint touch up We also made mgmt aware one of the chairs in the master bedroom has broken legs and should not be sat on We love this place but it needs some tlc

We stayed Fall Break week. It was an amazing experience. There was plenty of space for the 2 families - 7 people to not be on top of each other. Loved the extra ice machine that was available and plenty of storage space. The only things I would say that would be things to know were that the roll-a-way bed was bascially a matress on the floor which my daugther slept on, the washer/dryer fridge was really a freezer and not a fridge, and the back burner on the stove did not work. Besides those few things everything else was great. There were two ovens that made it nice when we had potlucks and the view was wonderful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location and interior/exterior living space was our favorite parts. Condo isn’t as updated as some, but it was very comfortable, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a huge kitchen!
