SUMMER SPECIAL- Direct Beachfront_Reef Club Luxury-Million View Bchfront

Of my many years of booking condos in Indian rocks, this was one of the best. The condo is in a great location very close proximity to the beach with a short walk fourth floor unit with elevator. The condo is one of the best equipped that I have ever use. I am accustomed to traveling with things like my own knives because we do cook and use the kitchen the kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. I’m used to bringing my own washcloth for instance because there’s not ever enough that is not the case with this condo it has everything. Very small matter, was quickly taken care of after we arrived. One very small suggestion for improvement, we spend a lot of times sitting on the porch. The view is beautiful by the way. Looks like newer furniture on porch may need some cushions. They get hard when you sit out there a long time. Again, I give this a 10 as being one of the best rental units I have ever stayed in.

Everything was perfect and as described, with a few little extras even that we didn’t expect. It was absolutely the perfect rental for our family!

We thoroughly enjoyed the week. The unit was exactly as presented - beautiful view from the balcony. Nick, property caretaker was attentive to keeping the grounds clean, including pool area, rest rooms and the bbq area. He was always pleasant, willing to answer any questions. The storage unit was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boggie boards, beach toys - a huge added bonus. We took advantage of the tennis/pickle ball court and corn hole area. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, proximity to Clearwater. We would definitely choose this property again.

The stay was great! Kids room was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed, and we had everything we needed. The view in the pics didn’t do it justice! Will definitely be back!

The condo was ideal for maximum relaxation! Perfect location on the beach and in close proximity to lots of great restaurants. It was nice to also have beach chairs. Very nice pool with lots of space to use chairs and umbrellas tables. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was spot on! Great communication from the owners. Place was clean, beautiful and all amenities as listed. Gorgeous views from spacious balcony and master bedroom. Pool and outdoor facilities are clean and updated. Plenty of beach chairs around pool. Also provided beach towels, umbrellas, floaties and chairs for the beach which was an added plus. We definitely will be back!

Amazing experience! Condo was super clean. Lots of necessities were available for our use. Perfect view. Pool was clean and not overly crowded. Great social areas by the pool. Easy beach access. Will be back for sure! The entire family loved the area!

We had a great time, condo was perfect size for our group. Beds were comfortable, pillows left a little to be desired. The pool, hot tub and pickle ball court were a hit, great spot to relax and recharge.

We had a really nice day. The one hiccup is that many of the groups that stay in this condo were very loud, to include well after 10 PM. It is a place where a lot of large groups come together. Overall the stay was really good and we enjoyed how close it is to the beach. One potential improvement is to enforce the noise ordinance.

Considering the hurricanes it was very nice

This is our second time staying at this property with my spouse, two children and mom. It's a perfect set-up for a family with young children & the trundle was perfect for my toddler. The condo is directly across from the elevators and parking spot is also very close to the entrance. My mom had plenty of privacy with her own Br/Ba. The condo is well stocked (cookware/basics, beach towels, etc.) as is the beach closet. The property grounds are well kept and it's walking distance to many great restaurants. Thanks for another great stay; we're already planning our next visit!
