Stayed Sep 12, 2025This condo is spacious, beautiful and close to everything, especially Grandfather Mountain. There are 4 full bathrooms, which was great for my 7 hiking friends and I. It's clean, beautifully decorated and has plenty of seating for 10 people. The 2 balconies are overlooking a large pond. The beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms and the kitchen are well stocked. Communication with the owner was great, check-in was easy. We felt very comfortable, like home, and will definitely stay there again if we're back in that area!

The property was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. The owners were wonderful to work with—very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and our stay seamless.All of the staff at Sugar Mountain were also fantastic, providing excellent service and making our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already planning to return next year. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway in Sugar Mountain!

Stayed Feb 6, 2025I carried my son, a couple of his buddies, and a couple of my adult guy friends on our annual ski trip to Sugar Mtn. Ideal location at the bottom of the lodge. Very clean condo as described. The property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. We will be back next year for sure.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025The location in proximity to Sugar Mt for skiing could not be beat. Grandchildren could walk over to the slopes. The property was spacious for all of us and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. Try to arrive before dark as the unit number is small and hard to see.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The accommodations were perfect for our family lots of room I cooked our meals and the kitchen had all the things needed to prepare our meals the view is amazing so quiet and relaxing the pictures and description describes the condo perfectly I recommend this property for both a small and large group would be a great stay for skiers/snowboarders banner elk is a nice town with plenty of restaurants
