Stayed Jun 20, 2026The hosts were very nice. However, it seems as though they weren't ready for guests. The air conditioners were not put in the windows. I helped the owner install them. He wanted to come back at 9am the next morning to put them in. That wasn't happening. The place was not cleaned. I spent the day cleaning the entire place. Poop was not flushed in the toilet. There was makeup on the pillow case. Floors were dirty so I mopped them. The first day was disappointing. We made the best of it. The screened in porch was our favorite. And the short walk to the beach was great! Owner included the beach tags. Close to Wawa and Acme. Uncle Bills Pancake House was delicious and conveniently a block away. There is also an ice cream shop connected to the restaurant that's open until 11pm. The house is in a quite area. I would probably rent the house again now that I know what to expect and can be prepared to clean.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Wanted a quiet beach stay. That’s what we got. Quick walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. The best part was breakfast/lunch and ice cream just a block away!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Perfect property for a week or season (just don’t think about taking my week or two) owner super responsive and sweet even personally showed up for super minor issue which basically involved plugging something in!! Can walk for coffee/ breakfast; ice cream and short bike ride to boardwalk or adult beverages over bridge.
