Great stay

This condo was a great location. It had a large balcony with a great view. It was very updated and had nice flooring and large tubs. The negatives were that the condo could have used a good deep cleaning. The floor was yucky feeling from day 1. Also the tub in the master bathroom does not drain. And the light fixtures in the 3rd bedroom and the living room definitely need tended to. All the bulbs or lamps need some help. We struggled with lights. Also the twin beds are not that comfortable.

Beautiful unit on the 11th floor. We came down for a concert and stayed just one night but I' come back for a weeklong stay anytime.

The experience with the front desk was terrible every time. They were less than helpful with checking in or out, and we had a problem with a fire alarm going off that they did not want to send their maintenance to check out since we booked through VRBO instead of The Phoenix. The owner was great to work with, the condo was exactly what we needed, but it could definitely been cleaned better. There was thick dust all over the air vents and under the couches (with children you're retrieving items from under the furniture frequently). All in all a great vacation other than our experience with the front desk.

Yes, balcony had the best views of the gulf and beach.

My kids love the indoor and outdoor pools. Parking in garage is great. Beach view was amazing.

The home owner was really nice and accommodating, the front desk manager was very rude and sarcastic for no reason.

We loved our stay at your property. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen needed more tall glasses for cold beverages as well as bigger coffee mugs and salad bowls. Master shower backs up. Slatted door for laundry was filthy. But overall we loved everything and would stay there again!! Thank you!!

This property is the ideal location with beautiful views! Our family loved every moment of our stay. We were within walking distance to Shrimp Basket. Publix and Walmart were less than 5 miles driving distance from the complex. We did have a little snag with parking upon check in, we contacted the owner and he called immediately to help find a resolve for us. This unit comes with all you will need and plenty of room. The living room has a pull out sofa that our teen boys utilized. I cannot say enough great things about this unit and the owners. The boys loved the pool, racquet ball and we even enjoyed the basketball court and tennis courts. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

Spectacular views! Great location with amazing restaurants just minutes away. This is an older building and the unit reflects this as well, but still very nice! This was a very busy week to stay here, but I never heard noise from other guests and the elevators could quickly accommodate us all. I would like to stay here again!

Condo was amazing. Everything was perfect, clean, and check in was easy. Pictures make condo look a little dark and dated; however this is not the case at all. Would recommend and condo is better than pictures

This is our 2nd or 3rd time here & we love this place. The view from the balcony is all ocean & the pools (indoor & outdoor) are wonderful. The new furniture is very nice & communication with the owner is always easy & fast. We will stay again!

Good stay, only one minor issue. The dryer was very loud, but we didn't notice until the last day. I contacted Rejeena and she offered for someone to come look at it. I told her she was welcome to wait until after we checked out, since it hadn't been an issue until the last day.

We had a wonderful time!! It was a really nice room and with awesome views and plenty of things to do for my teens. We really enjoyed our stay!!

My friend and I came to the area for a music festival. We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was clean and had great views of the ocean. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed our morning coffee every morning. Everything was provided for us as far as towels, kitchenware and appliances, etc. I would book here again.

Room was beautiful, indoor pool and hot tub being worked on had to walk next door condo to use theirs was inconvenient for elderly guests, being we reserved this room to have convenient pool access this was disappointing being we were unaware until check in

The location can’t be beat! The property could use some updating and a deep clean, but great overall stay. Would book again.

Overall the place was a good place for the price. Updates are needed as the place is very dark inside with minimal lighting. Very hard to read a book in the evenings. Dryer struggled to dry clothes and air conditioning vents need to be cleaned out. It is a large building and at times there was only 1 elevator working. We enjoyed our stay but probably will not book this unit again.

The condo was awesome. The only problems we had was the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close. Also the commode in the master bedroom continuously ran. Overall our vacation was great!!
