Stayed Dec 12, 2025Our stay was great. The condo is beautifully updated and nicely kept. Everything you need is there. Great balcony space and view of the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. The shower water pressure was low. Overall, we would stay again.

Balcony large with a beautiful view of ocean. Pet friendly which our dog loved. Across the street is a park to walk dog. Drive into Savannah easy drive. Dorene in the office was the nicest! Very helpful! Would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The location was ideal, close to the beach and tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. It truly felt like a home away from home and made such a special time in our lives even more memorable. We’re so grateful we found this spot and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tybee, especially for a special occasion!

Reviewer Comments: We chose this beautiful condo for a short meetup with my husbands sister & her husband. This is the 3rd time staying at Beachside Colony and we have loved it everytime! This time we had a wonderful time as well!! The last night we had a medical emergency and had to rush my SIL to the hospital in Savannah. The staff at Beachside Colony were so compassionate and caring during our unexpected situation. They did everything they could to make our extended stay as comfortable as possible. We would not have received the same care if we would have had to move to a hotel. I cannot express enough how nice it was to have people so kind & considerate during such stressful time. I highly reccommend Beachside Colony, the staff & the wonderful restaurant, The Deck Beachbar. Please check them out, you won't regret it!!!!
