Summer & July 4th Savings at Beachside Colony Tybee's ONLY Oceanfront Resort 3/2

Great get away from ice/snow in TN. Condo was nice, had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing place to stay. Highlights were the personalized care, super clean clean unit, proximity to the beach, and lovely beach view balconies. I will definitely be back!

The condo was great - everything we needed and great view of the beach. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and very clean. The Deck restaurant had great food and great service. Only drawbacks were beyond the control of the owner, as we could have done better planning if we had known a few things (our fault). We chose Beachside Colony because it is pet friendly and we travelled with another family who rented another unit in the building so they could bring their dogs. They were upset to learn that the beach entrance in front of the property has a large sign that says NO PETS ON THE BEACH. So even though the property is pet friendly, you can't take dogs on the beach! Also, I recommend checking out what is happening on Tybee before you book your stay because we didn't! 1) there was massive fishing tournament that weekend and nobody could swim in front of the complex as a result - I counted 68 fishing poles on Saturday in front of Beachside Colony, and 2) it was Pirate Fest weekend - all of the bars and restaurants were filled with pirates because it rained and they shut down the festival early - which you might think would be fun for kids, but most of the pirates were pretty loud and tipsy. We would not have cared if it was just my wife and me, but we brought our kids, and it just wasn't the atmosphere we had in mind. We would definitely stay here again, we would just do a better job of planning!

Stunning ocean view, beautiful condo, nearby attractions, good local food, will come back.

The condo, pool, and parking were all gray! We had an amazing view. We love the security and cleanliness of the resort!

I loved the condo complex Beach Colony Resort. The checkin process wqs super easy. The condo was spacious and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. The only comment i have for the condo is the living room furnature could use an update. It was worn and not the cleanest looking. Other than that, we loved it! View was great and the people super sweet. The attached restaurant was fantastic and convenient.

We would definitely stay again. Unbeatable views. Condo had everything you would need. Great location. Friendly locals. Nice decor and furnishings. Very walkable. Could use a deep clean of baseboards, etc., but otherwise very clean.

Reviewer Comments: Pictures were great on web but dirty, well beyond their use date, condo was not clean! We threw away our white socks because they were black from walking on the floors. We started wearing shoes inside to save our socks! No coffee, just salt, pepper and no sugar. Basically the advertising and write up were no where close to the actual conditions of the condo. What a $3,200 waste of money for 5 days!

This was our third time at Beachside Condo's, first time at Beachside House. We will be back, hopefully before 5 years. We were married on the beach and want to spend our anniversary every 5 years here. That may change. Thank you for making our anniversary a special one.

Kitchen had lots of utensils and prep equipment. Couches were a bit beat up, but still comfortable l. Would recommend for groups of 5-6. The Deck bar and restaurant had some of the best food on the island and was just a few steps from our door.
