Stayed Nov 22, 2025Our stay was amazing! Everything was exactly as stated and clean. The views were amazing, the beach was wonderful and the restaurant had wonderful food and drinks. The office was also very helpful! We left Thanksgiving day, and were staying in Savannah for a few more days. I accidentally left my make up bag under the bathroom sink. We were able to get in touch with them before we left to come back home and run back out to Tybee and pick it up! I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 23, 2025We loved our room at Beachside Colony. It was exactly as photographed with lots of extra amenities, and the property was much more beautiful than I anticipated. The staff was terrific, the restaurant is good and the other guests were friendly!It’s great for families or couples.

It had everything we needed and the grandkids loved making the sectional sofa into a bed at night. Lots of room for our family.

The restaurant on the property is delicious. Service is fantastic. Everything was clean and organized. I even asked for some help with a few items and I was helped right away. Stayed Nov 15, 2024Savannah soccer tournament stay on Tybee - our favorite. Condo #135 had the perfect fit for the four of us and cannot beat those beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony!

Stayed Sep 10, 2024Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything was very comfortable. Parking was easy and the location was easy to find. The Deck restaurant located adjacent to the pool area was a big plus as well. We would definitely stay here again!

It was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. It is centrally located, not far from the main part of town, and only about 20 minutes or so from downtown Savannah. Would stay again.

We had the view of the beach in the pool, which was Beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning. The property management was also great with check-in and check out. It was very easy and they were very accommodating..

Reviewer Comments: Took our 2 granddaughters for a week and even though TS Deby came by, we still had fun in this ocean view condo. We played cards and games (which were supplied) and ate while the storm passed thru and then had a couple of beach and pool days afterwards! The condo is very comfortable, clean with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. So convenient to have an onsite restaurant & bar - The Deck. Spacious & comfortable seating balcony overlooks the pool, beach and ocean. We stayed in this condo last year and loved it so booked it again this year!

Reviewer Comments: the office was very friendly and helpful.the room was in a great location and very nicely decorated. I enjoyed my stay with our family at this resort. I would have preferred the room to be cleaner. the floor was very dirty, the sink had forgotten to be cleaned, the shower was dirty, and dishes had to be rewashed. The beds where clean and nicely folded, so that was a plus.
