    Check in and check out were seamless. Property was as described but master bed room did not have a closet or hangers for clothes. Instead, multiple hooks are provided on the bathroom wall. Near to restaurants and shopping.

    We stayed here for 5 nights as a family (husband, wife, and adult kids 18 & 20). The location was fantastic and gave us the opportunity to walk to the beach and shops. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained!Management were very responsive when the car pass we were required to submit was nowhere to be found. Also when there were 2 beach chairs when email said 4 (I did have to remind them a day or 2 later, and they promptly brought 2 brand new ones over to us).Bedrooms: We chose this unit in part on reviews stating beds were comfortable (which they were great for us) and AC available. The main bedroom AC cycled every few minutes with a loud rattling, yet it was not cooling. We went a few nights with very poor sleep, but then management finally brought in a new one, which worked great (so you should be great for your stay ;)Note that if you have 4 people needing showers, you'll likely want to cycle, as hot water runs out.Overall, the inside was good. The carpets didn't appear to be well-vaccuumed (and they are due for replacement), but I still give 4 stars overall for cleanliness. Kitchen: We cooked breakfast each morning and lunch at times - overall, it was decently stocked. We were impressed that there was a small lunch pail and ice packs, which was great for taking the sandwiches we made to the beach. We appreciated these accommodations as a great home base and we would stay again. Mahalo!

    This property at Grand Champions Wailea had everything needed for a memorable family vacation. Spacious accomadation, great location in Wailea and close to the Shops of Wailea, beaches of south Maui and Wailea golf course. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for at home cooking and the little touches of having cooking oil and spices handy was appreciated. As other posts have mentioned, the A/C unit in the bedroom was a little loud at night so we elected to turn it off, but at other parts of the year it might be necessary to keep it on. Overall, a great place to stay

    We had a wonderful stay at Grand Champions 138. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, beds comfortable and beautiful garden view lanai where we enjoyed breakfast daily. The lanai faces tennis courts so you can hear tennis being played when you are outside. There are two pools in the community, with one of the pools being a quiet pool, which I understood as adults only. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels for beach use. Overall, we would recommend this property.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely lovely condo. Both bedrooms were very large and had a bathroom connected to them, large living area and a nice sized kitchen/dining area. Super convenient to beach, shopping, and dining. We drove all over the island and the location in Wailea was wonderful. Five star experience.
