Stayed Aug 29, 2025Washing machine filled up with water but never ran on any cycle. Water sat in the tub from Friday until we checked out on Monday. I had an open service ticket. We had to hand ring our clothes and finally on Sun afternoon someone finally showed up to look at the washer but it wasn’t fixed. I also left multiple messages to the host but no one ever responded. On the list of amenities, fitness center was listed. That is false! It was locked the whole time for our stay. It is the dog days of summer and the ac was set on 72 without being able to lower the temp at night. Very uncomfortable. The bed is a king but the mattress could definitely use an upgrade. It squeaked with every move! Overall not pleased with our stay!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024First off the grounds were nice, and that’s all I can say for this property. To start we arrived and office was closed, there were no directions or map sent on how to locate the building. Only after we walked around and found a local resident were we able to locate the building. Once inside I was immediately disappointed. The property was not thoroughly cleaned. The bed had hair on the sheets and pillows, the couch was full of hair. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the drain hair clearly never been cleaned out. The amount of hair caked in the drain made me want to vomit. Every single wall in the condo was marked on or had large smears. Only some of the lights would work. Once in the dining area I noticed a large water stain and the ceiling bubbling. The next morning the ceiling began to leak. Called the property manager and was told ‘ Okay, thanks for letting us know’. Like seriously? The pool was nice when the code worked. Again we had to call to get a new code. The code given was incorrect and we had to ask fellow swimmers that were already inside to open the gate. The response when I advised the property manager was ‘ Oh, okay so you got in?’ What kind of customer service is this? Then you add the creepy neighbor that just stood outside and stared when my family and children are walking by, every time we walked out the door. I think not. The creepy feeling and absolutely nastiness caused us to pack our bags and not even stay our full stay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Stayed May 25, 2024The place is a few minutes from the beach. The rental had everything we needed. When we arrived the office was closed. We didn’t get a parking pass. When we spoke to a resident there. They said we didn’t need one. ? The pool looked inviting, bummer we didn’t have a chance to take a swim. We would rent again!

Stayed Jul 3, 2023Perfect one bedroom accommodation. Was a last minute booking for 4th of July three night stay. A little difficult to locate in the dark when we arrived. Much preferred alternative to a hotel room but between last minute booking and fees, you pay a premium over a nice hotel room. Tiny, tiny bathroom but otherwise clean and comfortable. The walk-in closet dwarfed the bathroom.

Stayed Jul 10, 2023It was a great stay aside from two minor problems, the bed was noisy and had a dip in the middle, codes for the pool weren't correct, overall the apartment was clean and cold, nice and quiet, it is a good walk from the parking lot, so bringing in luggage and going up the stairs will be a work out, the location worked out for me since we'd be at Hershey Beach most of the time so I wouldn't mind staying here again.
