'Summer Breeze' Lakeside Condo - Walk to Town & Marina + POOL

Wonderful charming condo in a private and quiet location

Nicely decorated and well stocked, with towels, wash cloths, coffee, spices. Quiet, but we were a few weeks before season started. I would choose this place again.

I absolutely loved this property for a girls weekend getaway from Chicago. The check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. There was a keypad at the door, versus using a key, which makes everything so much easier!! No keys to keep track of. It was a quick walk to nearby restaurants. I will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Lots of parking, spacious space, quiet.

Great property for the price. Information online said pool was not open until memorial day weekend son we did not even go look at it. Beds were great! My only knock is that to get to the main strip is approximately 2/3 of a mile so with a young kid walking was out of the question. Other than that trip was great

Stay was absolutely perfect for a girl's weekend. The condo was clean and very well kept. We were pleased to find so many unexpected amenities like dry shampoo and games. We certainly appreciated the generous coffee bar, and the sticker dish was an adorable touch. We loved how it felt secluded with the beautiful surrounding trees, yet close to downtown. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. I appreciated the owner providing contact information and detailed notes and instructions for the check in and check out process. We loved our stay and hope to return next year!

This was our second time staying at Summer Breeze and it was just as wonderful as the first time! We enjoyed downtown New Buffalo, a cool fall day at New Buffalo Beach, a fishing trip to Saint Joseph's Pier and a day of football in South Bend. The condo was perfect for 3 teenagers plus myself to relax and spend a little bit of downtime in between our adventures.

Summer Breeze was very clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and into town. It was quiet and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Summer Breeze and loved the setup. The condo had all the comfort of home. The pool was still open which was an extra perk. We enjoyed using the pool and talking with some of the other residents all of whom were very nice. The Issa Vibe coffee shop a short distance away was our morning coffee ritual and had a great atmosphere, coffee and food. The Black Currant bakehouse in Union Pier did a wonderful birthday cake for us. We enjoyed nightly dining a Beer Church Brewing, Brewster's and Ghost Isle Brewery. The location of the condo was great with easy access to restaurants and a nice Lake Michigan beach in New Buffalo.

Everything we needed for a great weekend in New Buffalo! Loved the close location to Whittaker Street and the Lake. The kids loved the pool!

I love coming to New Buffalo every summer, it’s become my happy place. This unit is my perfect for my son and I. It’s walking distance to so many things including Oink’s, home of the worlds best ice cream, where we may have visited 4 times in 3 days. I always look forward to this trip whether is a short 2 night stay or a longer 4 night stay. It always brings me back to life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo had a lovely layout and the complex is very quiet. The decor has a Great Lake vibe and the bed linens are luxurious! We had a blast and will be back!

This place was perfect for our girls weekend. The decor was cute, the beds were comfortable, everything was neat and clean. We were able to walk to and from the downtown area. It made for a great girls trip.

Most adorable and beautiful little town and this condo was in the ideal location and perfectly accommodated for our needs. Provided the perfect amount of space for our crew. Short enough drive to for our Saturday trip to a Notre Dame game, too - Go Irish! Wished we lived closer so we could stay here more often, but plan to make the 8 hour trip again in the future - this place is worth it!
