Suite P3 RESIDENCES 221 in Downtown Little Rock

A Royal Experience in the Heart of Downtown! We had the pleasure of staying in both penthouses, and each one exemplifies luxury at its finest — truly top-of-the-line and first-class in every detail. The design, comfort, and ambiance create an experience far beyond that of any hotel. Excellent location, host and communication. Awesome place.

No instructions about how to operate items, take out trash, etc… and who to contact. Prior to our arrival there was one threatening email about bringing in guests and cameras would be watching. There were 3 different people (names) I saw on emails about booking and checking in. The last person gave helpful instructions about checking in. No checkout instructions provided. The internet was very weak and TV constantly buffered. No batteries in living room remote, got the ones from the bedroom remote. Bedroom tv did not work. The kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. The toaster did not work, disposal did not work. Power went out in master bathroom. The internet was down so no one saw our email about this. Called a number on the listing after hunting for it and that person flipped the breaker. I think someone lives in the building and is available to help but no one told us this information. So strange to stay in a nice place (with some issues) but not know what to do or who to contact.

Nice, clean property. As described. Super friendly onsite hosts. Check in was easy and our group loved the roof top amenities! Would recommend!

Amazing place. We enjoyed every aspect of this stay. Great place, close to everything we needed. Would give it a 6 star rating on a five star scale.

The property is perfect. Walking distance to everything down town Little Rock.

We had a wonderful spring break staying here with our children. We were within walking distance to all the best activities downtown and wonderful restaurants. The property was clean and well-maintained. The rooftop area gave a fantastic view that we all loved. We would definitely stay here again.

A level of sophistication; this place is absolutely the perfect place to stay. Management is very attentive with the check in and out details. If you are in Little Rock, skip the hotels, this place is home away from home.

I've stayed at some nice places...However, P3 is the absolute NICEST!!! I love the design, the architecture, the artwork...They spared NO EXPENSE with the decor...The bathrooms are beautiful and the furnishings are as well. The beds are really comfortable and we slept like babies in them! They ensured that everything was thought of down to the SMALLEST DETAIL. I love that about the owners! Their communication is the best and Ron is hands on throughout the entire booking process. Everything was wonderful and I will definitely book again...AND AGAIN...AND AGAIN in the future! Do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS PLACE! You will not regret it!
